As I'm stitching myself up, a ladybug entered by the window.
It flew across me and sitted on my hand, wow it's so...
"fragile and small compared to my hand"
I whispered as the birds were singing outside, this is truly relaxing...
The ladybug was gone as I looked down, what a shame.

I entered the gym and found Masha on the punching bag, she gave me a signal to come near her, when she saw me.

Still my mind was still racing with the concept of Beast.
It doesn't feel right to me, maybe it's just my impression, maybe it's a cruel joke on us
"Big girl, i see you're in deep thinking. Enough is enough, spill it out"
I heard Masha say, i blinked a few times, trying to remember the date, the city and the place i'm in
Y:"Well, i guess it's about the Beast thing, that's all. Why do you ask?"
Masha didn't spit out a word since then, is she thinking about it too?
She changed her shirt and walked out, with me following behind, to the caffeteria, without saying a word.

~le time skip~

Masha:"Did you even notice were we are?"
Y:"Yes? In the caffeteria-"
Masha:"Exactly, and you still haven't touched your food! If you don't like it i can eat it for you eheh"
I've been so much inside my head i forgot to eat something, it happens a lot actualy, but obliously i can't tell them this.
I slowly took a bite off my salad, until i got interrupted again
Spring:"Hey, is this vegetarian meet?"
Masha:"Wait- really?"
Mei:"Even if it is i don't see the problem. Food is food, we should appreciate the fact that they feed us"
Spring:"I never said i wouldn't eat it"
Mei:"It seemed like it"
They continued to argue about the meal, like it was something important
"Big girl, tell 'em i'm fucking right!"
I didn't even listen to their no-sense; knowing Masha it's something stupid
"I'll be honest, i didn't even listen"
Spring and Mei laughed at my comment, while Masha started fuming...literally
"Hear me out, i'm right. Everyone that says otherwise is dead"
None of us toke her seriously, bit still no one dared to say anything more.
After ten minutes lunch break was over, and i didn't eat the rest of the food if not a bite or two of my salad
Spring:"So you guys have a fire power, right?"
Mei:"Yes, it should. Like the president said the school sorting of dormitories was chosen in basis of our powers.
We aren't the only ones with a fire power, there's a lot more people probably"
Spring:"Yea bitch i know- I meant like, what's your power? we all saw Masha literally fuming before"
Masha:" Huh? Did I? oh well, my power is "smoke". I can create smoke out of my body by an internal combustion"
Spring:" Mine is to raise my body temperature to a high max of 1400-1500 °C"
Mei:" Mine is control fire, like a telekinesis thing; What about you?"
Yuri:"M-me? I can create flames thru my skin"
Masha:"Lame"
Spring:"Don't judge, walking cigarette"
I know well I don't have an interesting power, everyone always told me, so I don't even care anymore.
My teachers send me in this university for the diploma, but they haven't understood that this was an academy made for future military or police.

Instead my family wanted me here because of how much strong my power is.

Yuri:"It feels strange to know that we're going to be the new force of our state, one day. All the civils life's are on our hands"
No one said anything, the only thing that was audible was the groan of Masha, by far she always been superficial with us.
I guess I shouldn't have said that, maybe the others didn't even notice, maybe they ignored me...
And honestly I don't blame them-
"It's not that simple"
This is a voice I can't recognize, it's deep and firm, of a (probably) charming woman
"Most of them just want the money, some of them were obligated to come here. Maybe one or two save their ideal to protect our world"
We all turned around, looking at the school prodigy:
Monika Ninshiki
"Woah, Monika?!"
She's the most popular girl in our academy, with the greatest grades and full of qualities
"Nice meeting you all, I just wanted to distribute my flyers of my club. And about my monologue, I couldn't help myself after you phrase"
She's talking to me? what do I say?
