•We met again•

"Ms.Y/N, is there a specific place where you want to go?" said by my driver. "Lester B. Pearson middle school." my driver nodded and started the car.

I felt the excitement throughout my body as I held my pants tight. I couldn't help but smile excitedly!

"You shouldn't be feeling such vehement feelings, Ms.Y/N." My bodyguard, Dave, apprised me. "Oh, right."

The ride took awhile, but at last, we've arrived. The door opened, Dave got out first as I followed. Then all of the sudden students swarmed their way towards us.

Dave pushed out some students out of the way, well gently. I stopped as so as Dave. "Wouldn't be so kind if you all help me find Meilin Lee is?" They all got silent until someone raised their hand.

"That would be me!" The crowd then split in half revealing a familiar face that I came for.

"Mei!" I exclaimed and opened my arms to feel an embrace I've never felt for years.

"Y/N!" Her voice, makes me feel elated. I was delighted to see my goodie old friend of mines.

"You know this girl!?" A female voice asked as I let go of Mei. I can only crackle at her. "Forget it! Can I have your autograph, Y/N!?" she exclaimed.

A sudden crowd noise came. "Can we take a brief selfie?!" "Your autograph, please!" "May I take a picture?!" "Mei! You didn't tell us you're friends of Y/N Haiki! An infamous singer?!"

"Please everyone, one at the time-" "What's going on here?!" A teacher interrupted. A few students got pushed away until he pushed the one that is in front of me.

He stopped with wide eyes. "Y/N?! I didn't know a star would come here!" He flew his hands in the air and dug in his pocket for his phone.

"Would you mind if we could take a picture together?!" I shook my head, "No, I don't mind at all-" he then took me harshly by the hand and put the phone up front.

"Click" he let go of me and suddenly shriek and squealed with happiness.
"Can I take too?" "Autograph please!" "One picture-!" I shook my hand as Dave got in front.

I took Mei by the hand as almighty Dave blocked those students. I took her outside as some other students followed.
"I'm so glad I've found you, Mei!" I gave her a genuine smile.

"Why'd you suddenly visit me?" She asked. "You know I have a concert here in Toronto, right?" I reached out for my bag and dug my hand in. I pulled my hand out and politely gave my concert ticket.

Her eyes widend with a gleeful expression. "Y/N, thank you! I very much appreciate this!" "I'm glad I get to gratify you." She looked at the ticket for a few seconds and then me.

"Well, Y/N, do you mind if I bring some friends? It's fine if you don't-" I chuckled at her humbleness. "Of course, I've brought extra, I know that you'd bring a friend."

"Here, I have 3 more, is this enough?" She smiled and nodded. The school bell rang. "Uh, I got to go, care to visit my house later?" I chuckled and nodded at her.

She snatched the tickets out of my hands and let out a small "Thank you". She then ran inside the school as the door shut..

My family owns a house here close to Mei's house. I've never really gotten a good friend ever since I was a child, Mei was the one who sticked out for me.

The house was taken care of a house keeper for 5 years. "Should we go now, Ms.Y/N?" I gestured to him to go with my hand and he did.

Upon arriving to the house, I went straight to my old room whereas the good memories were held. I chuckled at the time that me and Mei would play dress up in this room.
