(Jin wakes up in the middle of the night to find a sick Jungkook. He and Hobi make sure that their baby is comforted.)
Jin stirred in his sleep, being disturbed by a commotion in his and Hobi's room's bathroom. He was just going to ignore it and and go back to sleep, but then he heard a whine and then the sound of gagging. only then he realise that he was laying in his large bed by himself. Usually Bts's baby maknae would be curled up and sleeping with him, Jin would always complain about it and pretend he didn't like it, but in fact he enjoyed having their baby close to him.
Another pitiful wretch snapped Jin out of his trance, and he realized he should probably check on his youngest. He stood up and walked over to the bathroom, before pulling the door open, he glanced over to Hobi's bed and checked that he was still there. yup, Hobi was sound asleep. He lightly pushed the door since it was unlocked.
What he saw broke his heart. His baby with drool on his chin, leaning over the toilet with some vomit on his shirt, the poor thing looked miserable. When kook turned to face Jin the latter noticed that he had tears in his eyes. Jin just wanted to scoop him up.
hey baby, you done? Jin said, crouching down to rub his back
n-n-not yet Jungkook choked out, before coughing up another mouthful of stomach acid.
aigoo poor baby, can hyungie take your shirt off? you've got some stuff on it. Jungkook nodded, and raised his arms, allowing Jin to slide his - no wait, Jin's dark green shirt off.
kookie, i need to go get you water and some meds, are you alright by yourself? Jungkook shook his head and weakly grabbed Jin's shirt.
I don't want to be alone h-hyungie jungkook was still sobbing. Jin couldn't leave him like this.
hey how about i go wake your hobi hyung, hmm? Jungkook nodded. Jin slowly detached himself from Jungkook and left to wake up their Sunshine.
Hobi walked in the bathroom, holding one of his oversized hoodies, which will be practically overly oversized for Jungkook since he is small, ready to wrap Jungkook up in a lil oversized hoodie burrito.
is our maknae feeling sick hmm?jungkook didn't reply, he just motioned for Hobi to sit down, then climbing on his lap. Hobi instantly pulled Jungkook more holding him protectively. After two minutes of comforting words and hair pats - Jin returned with some water and two small pills. it took some encouragement, but jungkook did manage to drink some water and swallow both pills.
They sat on the bathroom floor for another ten minutes before jungkook went back to sleep. Hobi scooped him up and carried him bridal style back to Jin's bed and gently laid him down.
night night babyHobi said, before bending down to kiss his forehead.
goodnight hobi, thanks for your help Jin said, smiling at Hobi.
no problem, call me if you will need any help later with this baby, night hyung Hobi said, and walked over to his own bed after receiving a nod from Jin.
Jin climbed into bed and smiled fondly at his sleeping baby, yeah their baby. He just hoped that he would feel better in the morning.
