Rin walks down the street on her way home from school.
"Rin! Rin! Wait!"
Rin stops in her tracks. Behind her, she sees Len running towards her.
"Rin!"
"What does he want," she thinks to herself.
"Why are you here?" She asks him. "Don't you live the other way?"
"Rin! I... wanted... to tell you something!" He says, panting between his words.
"What is it, Len?" She asks, putting her hands on her hips.
"Rin, I like you a lot, and i was wondering if you'd like to go out sometime." Len says, holding out a plush. "I also got you this Teddy bear."
Rin looks at the ground.
"Why would he ask me out? Isn't it obvious that I hate him?" She thinks.
"I'm sorry." She says to him as she runs away.
"Rin! Wait!" He says. But she doesn't stop.
"What was that about?" Rin asks herself, only to find herself blushing. She can't get his confession out of her head.
"Do I really have to choose?" She asks herself.
