For sake of story line Peter lives with Tony, May, and Uncle Ben (Tony and may or cousins or something) and Peter is 11 and the year is 1991.
"Kid what's with the letter?" Tony yelled through the Avengers compound. One second Tony was peacefully working on a new computer then the next an owl had flown through the window and almost gave him a heart attack.
"What letter Mister Stark?" Peter said walking into the room.
"This one!" Tony said waving an envelope in the air with Peters name on it.
"Here let me see." Peter said and snatched it out of Tony's hand.
The envelope in question, had a red wax seal that had the letter H on it and looked older then Captain America.
Peter tore the envelope opened and read the three pieces of parchment in it.
The first letter read
Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry Headmaster: Albus Dumbledore (Order of Merlin, First Class, Grand Sorc., Chf. Warlock, Supreme Mugwump, International Confed. of Wizards)
Dear Mr. Parker,
We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Please find enclosed a list of all necessary books and equipment. Term begins on September 1. We await your owl by no later than July 31.

"Um turns out in a wizard?" Peter says in more of a questioning voice. Before Tony could reply Peter left saying something about finding finding Rogers.
Peters P.O.V
Many questions run through my head as I run off to look for Captain Rogers.
"Um Captain." I say tapping his shoulder.
"Yeah kid?" He says turning around and closing the fridge door.
"Um well I got this letter and well it said that I am a wizard and that to um ask you any questions I have." I hand him my letter and wait for him to reply.
"Here let's go to the living room and go grab everyone in the compound ok?" He says while reading over the letter one more time and a smile on his face was starting to form.
"Okay?" I run off to go grab everyone.
