Demon in Disguise

His smiling face lures you,

Drowning you with his eyes.

But when you turn your back,

He stabs you with a knife.

Burying it deep inside,

Breaking your heart in two.

Never mending the wound,

Effectively killing you.

He'll tell you sweet nothings,

Right behind your ear.

Coaxing you into believing,

That you have nothing to fear.

He'll open up doors for you,

And promises he'll always stay.

But when he gets what he wants,

He'll stalk another prey.

Cause his smiling face lures you,

Drowning you with his eyes.

A face of an angel,

But a demon in disguise.
