Walking down the clover kingdom trying to find a magic tool to help me
hone my skills for the next battle that'll surely happen soon. Captain Yami and Captain Vengeance got taken away my the spade kingdom; all of our members were worried and half of the members of golden dawn was killed. I don't wanna be a burden to them but I'm also not as talented as most of the magic knights here in our kingdom so magic tool is the only one that can help me improve in the limited time given in order to save captain.

"Miss L/n" I turned around and see Nozel behind me.

"I told you not to call me that, Nozel. You're being way too formal."

"My apologies, Y/n. It's just I've been calling you for quite a while now"

"Oh~ I'm sorry, I'm just kinda lost in my thoughts right now" I bowed my head to the royalty.

"What are you doing in a place like this? Aren't you supposed to be with your squad?"

"Yeah, but I'm trying to find some magic tool to help me; those six months of training is still not enough. I'm completely useless against 'that guy' y'know?" I just gave him a light chuckle trying to shake those negative thoughts away. "You? What are you doing here?" I asked back.

"Just passing by; our meeting has just ended."

"I see" I slightly nod my head at him.

He cleared his throat before speaking again,"Y/n, can we go somewhere private? I'd like to say something important to you."

"Huh? Yea- I mean sure"

We ended up going in the private bar where the captains usually celebrate their success.

"So what do you want to talk about?"

"About our raid to the spade kingdom. someone from your squad is spying on spade kingdom; your vice-captain said that it'll happen in three days from now." He started. 'Our vice-captain? Nacht? When did he came back?'  Tears started to form in my eyes just from a thought of him so I drank the cup of alcohol displayed infront of me then looked back to Nozel.

"I don't know what'll happen after that but, I'd like to inform you about how I felt about you. Lately you've been living  inside of my mind.. and I um.. I think that I might I actually love you just like what Nebra said." He wasn't looking directly towards my eye but he constantly taking small glances at me, I chuckled at his cute behaviour. So this is how Nozel Silva act when he's shy.

Those thoughts immediately got washed away when I remember him. "Nozel.." I held his hand and looked directly into his eyes, "I'm happy that you thought of me like that but I'm still not ready to enter another relationship specially when I still haven't completely moved on from my last." I bowed my head and slowly takes off my hand from his,

I would be lying if I said that I haven't developed any feelings for Nozel but Nacht suddenly came back... I still haven't seen him yet but all of those feelings that I thought I have already thrown away cameback with him. Why did he need to comeback when I'm finally one step from moving on?

"No, it's nothing. I never expected foryou to return my feeling to me anyways; I just didn't know that you had an ex."

"We've actually broken up couple of years ago.. I thought that I've finally moved on but he suddenly cameback." I took another glass while trying my best to not cry infront of the royalty.

"May I ask who is he? Well that's if you don't mind- you don't need to push yourself—"

"Our vice-captain, Nacht Faust" I cutted him off. "We have a good relationship. Not so complicated, slight arguements, 'not so romantic' romantic moments, tiny efforts that'll surely be memorable, a simple yet special type of relationship." My tears suddenly flowed through my cheecks. "! I'm sorry– I shouldn't be talking things like this to you" I quickly wiped my tears off.

"No- it's fine. You can tell me more; isn't better to have someone to listen to you isn't it? Go ahead, let it all out and I'll listen" he gave me a bitter smile before letting me continue.

"Our relationship is something I longed for but then he came to me saying that he wanted to end it already. He told me that he felt like he wasn't good enough for me; I agreed to end it because I felt the same. I felt like I wasn't enough for him. I couldn't do anything when he was slowly sinking. I let him sunk to the bottom. I could've stopped him but I didn't. I thought it'll be easier that way so I let it be. We parted. Not seen each other for years. I thought‐ I thought that I've already moved on- I thought I could finally replace him but then he cameback and all of those feelings cameback."  I drank and drank. Cried and told Nozel my every regret. I was a mess before I even knew it.

On Nozel's ride, I sat behind him and hugged him for balance.

Nozel's POV

"Nozel."

"Hm?"

"I'mzorry..to let you. hear all of that."

"Don't be, I choose to stay afterall"

"I wantomove on, I want. to   love you   morree. So please. Wait for me until  then   Nozel," she said slightly sobbing.

A small smile formed my lips after hearing those words,
"Hm, I will. You don't have to tell me that"

Once we've reached their base, I assisted Y/n towards the entrance. Their door is widely opened that gives us a better view of whats inside their base. Their vice captain seemed to be scolding the rest of their squad, totally opposite of how Yami handle things.

All of their attention goes to us when Y/n leaned herseld toward their door. Nacht immediately rushed towards Y/n then gave me a small glare.

"I'm sorry, I let her drink too much" I said assisting Y/n from the back.

"Yeah, you can now leave" he just met me but he already seem to not like me.

He took Y/n away from me making me let go of her. Y/n is now leaning towards him. The drunk lady's eyes widened when she saw the man infront of her. Both of their eyes are locked with eachother.

"Please take care of her." I sighed before walking away from their base.

She was looking at him the way she didn't do to me. They still love each other, I am no match for him.
