°•Today was my first day at the academy and even stepping into a city. It wasn't easy to get here but my family tried their very best to get me into one of the best academies that this day and age could offer.
I waved goodbye to my family, holding my luggage. My mother had tears rolling down her skin, oh how she felt to see her little girl going off. The academy required all students to stay in dorms near the school that way they could monitor us and keep us in line. I didn't mind it but being far from my family would be heartbreaking. Soon after, I left.
I walked to the train station. I got my ticket and I was on my way to the city. I looked out the window, slowly seeing my home town fading out of my sight. This was going to be a long journey

There it was. "Welcome to Vinyland" I read the sign ahead in awe. Was I really here? There were tall buildings, beautiful landscapes and my was everything even better than I imagined. The buildings were old yet maintained in such an elegant way. They were vintage almost like I was in some soft fantasy movie. The city was painted with gorgeous people. I couldn't comprehend, not even words could explain how amazed I was.
The train finally stopped and all its passengers got off. I stepped out of the train and a huge smile appeared on my face. I was nervous but also excited to see what this place has in store for me. I grabbed a map of the city and walked out of the station on my way to the academy. I was lucky to catch a taxi which made traveling much easier.
"Thank you so much." I paid the driver and got out of the car.
"No problem, ma'am. Enjoy your day." The driver smiled before driving off.
I turned around and just as I thought, my jaw dropped.
