"I couldn't find anything like it!" The detected yelled in frustration. Being in his 40 years of searching had never went so horribly wrong for him. 

"So long story short, we ain't got nothin' on him, with those bullet marks he received, i bet he'll came back to bite the dust for sure." Some hero with a cowboy hat and a deer face.

"It's obvious fact that the incident was intetional, but it's absurd, within their heavy reliance on their Nomu and expect it all to go smoothly, to think this figure of this Shigaraki taking pride in their possession. I see his actions represent itself, well..." All might face darkened. "It's like some sort of man-child. It's like he got sense of toddler and do whatever he wants!" 

"And?! What does it got to do with anything?? You meant he's some sort of 'kid' with powers or somethin'?!" Some hero with white hair and red suits. "He might not have received the treatment like other elemental kids.." A female with a stripy outfit said. 

"We rounded up 72 villains other day, most of them are third-rated thugs, which means they belonged to the back alley sulkers. They swore alliance to this Man-child and followed him without questions, each to the man." The detective continues. "In this age filled with heroes, evil are tend to hilt pressure from time to time.." 

I guess there's tons of people who don't know what to do with their quirk, huh. All might thought.

"A man-child, you say?" A small white animal rose on the table. "If you looked at it on the other way, he's just like our students, they had potential to grow..Perhaps, If we were to help him, maybe give him an exceptional coach or mentor.."

"SPORT'S FESTIVAL, I KEPT FORGETTING THIS IS AN ACTUAL SCHOOL!" Kaminari scratched his head.

"Mineta...Have you not heard of UA sport festival?" Midoriya looked to Mineta behind him, this eyes is creaky with bloodlust. 

"Anyway, In UA You will only have 3 years, Which means there will be 3 UA sport festivals hosted. In this era, you'll only get one of three chances, if you ever aim to be a hero, better use those 3 chances." Aizawa finished his speaking, went out to grab an orange juice. 

"I mean..I knew it was coming but.." Kirishima scratched. "Man! I felt like tension just gotten sky high!" 

"If we put in an effort to stand out for the pros, it'll be a giant leap forward!!" Sero smiled in an excited way.
