A new dance partner

Y/n pov:

After 15 second of moving with a stranger I turned around to see who is it.

It was Pietro.

Why he never told me he could dance.

I guess he saw how surprised I was so he said.:

- Didn't see that coming. - then he spinned me around.

He moved incredibly. But I couldn't concentrate how he moved the only thing I saw was his beautiful blue eyes.

Our dance was perfect like we have been learning it for years. He moved me around like a professional dancer. Sometimes I was closer to him sometimes further but our hands were touching all time.

In the last few seconds of the song we were so close I felt his breath on my forehead. Our eyes were glued on eachother's, I couldn't even hear the song anymore, just heard my heartbeat.

As soon as the song was over I felt his lips on mine. It got me by surprise but I kissed him back immediately.

I didn't care about the song that came next.
I didn't care if anyone will see us.
I didn't even care if the world was ending.

I just wanted to feel him. Us. Our lips together.

- So I guess you like me back? - he asked as our lips separated.

- Something like that. -

- How long? -

- Probably a month ago. - I said after a little thinking. - What about you? Secret dancer. - I asked.

- I think the moment I saw you dance. - he said, but I think that wasn't so true but I didn't pushed it.

- So 5 months ago. -

- Yeah. Something about that. -

- Great. - I said then walked to the player to search for another song. - So my new partner want to dance with me? -

The answer was a smile, and when the new song started he used his superspeed and we were on the stage again.

We danced together for about 3 hours because I had to go for my injections. The walk was in silence but not in a bad way. I also catched him staring at me a few times.

While I got my injections he was walking around for a bit on the office. I know the doctor was mad but he can't do anything about it because if he hurt a 'mutant' then they probably will torture him or worse.

In the past months I don't really talked with Maxim, he just brought me my morning coffee then he left. Sometimes I saw him but he had so many work to do he doesn't have time to talk to me.

Which isn't that big of problem. 'Cause the twins are better company.

Or at least for me.

After I was done me and Pietro went to the training room, when we arrived I saw Wanda juggling with our food boxes.

- I see you are practicing. - Pietro said.

- Well, you can never have enough of it. - she smiled. - And if I have to get your food while who knows what you two are doing, - she said and looked at us. - then I can do whatever I want. -

I looked at Pietro and saw him smirking then opening his mouth. And before he could say anything I said.

- We didn't do anything interesting, just talked. -

- Yeah, ok. -

- So, we are not going to tell Wanda? - Pietro asked as we left the room.

- I don't really want to tell anyone because then there is a bigger chance of everyone knowing it. - I said. - Even if it's your sister. -
