Chase POV. It's been 2 months since the news about the war in Afghanistan. It's June 5 2020
I woke up as usual and went to get the pups up right as I was getting ready to get my microphone out rocky came behind me and scared me when he said hi. Rocky- hi chase. Chase- AAA. Rocky you scared me. Rocky- sorry chase. Chase- that's okay Rocky. Hey where is everyone? Rocky- I was coming to get you someone's in the lookout and he was talking to Rider. NOW Rider wants all of us. Chase-okay.
As me and Rocky made our way up the lookout the other pets were just looking at each other and me. Chase- does anyone know who it is who was talking to Rider? Skye- no we don't but I think we are going to find out.
As the elevator made its way to the top and stop the doors opened and Rider was standing next to a very tall person or robot I couldn't tell at the time. He looked like one of the guys who saved me and Skye in 2019.

Alpha- hello pups. The pups froze right where they were standing the person acted like he know them. it took the rest of the pups a minute to figure out who he was but chase know who he was right when he looked at him. Chase- hello alpha. Alpha- chase I'm happy to see you it's been a while. Chase- indeed it has. Marshall- wait alpha the guy who saved you and Skye? Chase shaked head his head at Marshall's answer. And he noticed Skye shiver at Marshall's question. Pups- wow. Alpha- yes I was the one who saved them both but I wasn't alone when I did it. I had fired team Omega helping me. Skye- alpha what happened to them? Alpha- the commander of the squad left without you from what I was told he was trying to convince Chase and the rest of his squad to just leave you but Chase didn't want to he said he'd go back alone if none of them wanted to go. Four of the other members agreed to go but the commander left we don't know what happened to him. One by one they all died but they were doing their duty and they died heroes. Pups and Rider- whoa. Zuma- um dude's haven't we fowget something. The other pups just looked at each other and then back at Zuma. Zuma- we fowgot her Wider called us on a mission. All the pups gasped and looked at Rider and Alpha. Rider- no I can't call you pups up here for a mission. Pups- what? Alpha- the reason you were called up here was because I wanted to speak with you all. I've already discussed this with Rider and he thinks it'd be a good idea. Do you mind if I tell them Rider. Rider- sure. Before alpha could say anything the elevator door opened to reveal a familiar husky. Pups- Everest! Everest- Hi everyone. Marshall- wait Everest what are you doing here? Everest- I was called here by Rider. Alpha- now that you all are here let me explain to you why you are here. The pups turn to look at Alpha then he told him it they were doing here. Alpha- sence you all have been on a lot of missions for the past while not had any vacations. I told her Rider that you guys should all go on vacations and visit your families. All the pups were shocked for a minute but then started jumping up and howling that they would be going home to see their families. Chase just stood there froze deep in thought. Rider- all right pups go pack your bags we'll head for the train station around 12:00. Aas the pups went downstairs to pack their bags Chase stayed up a couple look out with Alpha and Rider to ask Rider a question. Chase- Rider I think I'll stay here. Rider- are you sure you don't want to come with one of us chase. Chase- no I we'll stay here. Skye had just come back to the top of the lookout right as chase said that. Skye- what do you mean. Chase- my parents are busy with work so I really can't go home and see them. Skye- oh I see. So why don't you come with me I and meet my family. Chase- skye I don't want to have to ruin your time for your family since you haven't seen them in forever. Skye- it'll be fine just go get your things and come on. I can tell Chase was hesitating for a minute but then but he said he made Skye do a backflip and say yay. Rider- okay then I'll go let your parents know. Has Rider left to go tell the parents that they'd be coming to visit. I had to go do some business somewhere else so I said my good-byes and left.
Everest- oh I can't wait I haven't seen my family and forever. Marshall- yeah I haven't either I can't wait to go and have fun with them again. Zuma- yeah I'm going to go home and beat my dad at a swimming race. Rocky- yeah I don't think I'd go home and do that I'm. Likely going to go home and work on another project with my mom and dad. Rubble- why you are all doing that I'm going to go and try to beet my dad at a eating competition. As the pups talked about what they were going to do Chase was remembering the times he had with his parents.
Rider- alright pups let's head to the train station. Chase- um Rider who is going to do missions why we are gone? Alpha- I volunteered my men to do it for you guys. Chase was concerned about it but decide to shrug it off.
As the pups made there way to the train station they all talked about how much fun it was going to be.
At the train station.
The pups and Rider waited for the train. Everest- how long is it going to take for the train to get here. Marshall- I wish it can get here soon. Rider and the pups waited 3 more minutes for the train. Skye- look here it comes. Marshall- yay.
One by one the pups got into the separate trains. Rider's train came before Chase and Skye's train. Rider- pups my train is here I wish I could stay and wait for your guys train but. Alpha- I will stay and see that they get on their train Rider. Rider- thanks. Bye pups. Skye and chase- bye Rider. Has Rider's train left me, Chase and Skye all waved. It was 7 minutes later until chase's and Skye's train arrived. Alpha- alright pups your train is here. You two better get going. Chase- okay. Skye- thank you Alpha for staying with us. Alpha- no problem Skye.
Has Skye and Chase got into a train left I watched I waved goodbye and said something even though they couldn't hear me. Alpha- have fun You two. Have fun chase you deserve it.
Chase- I turned to look to see Alpha wave then turn around and walk away. There's something about Alpha that puzzles me though. I turn to skye and start talking to her about what we were going to do and asking her about her parents.
My friends that's all I have for this chapter hope you enjoyed it took me two days to work on I was busy with other things but it's done now. tomorrow I'm going to work on chapter 12 it may be posted tomorrow I don't know. As always stay safe and keep fighting for what is right.
