Knuckles X Shade

I was chilling and protecting the master Emerald as Shade came with hurry to me.

" Shade why you running like that ? " I asked curios.

" Some robots got here knuckles they trying to take over the island. " Shade said. I got mad and clinch my fist together.

" Alright leave it to me " I said. Shade follow me and we kicked Eggman's robots down with no problems. After we finished him. I heard a shatter noise.

I ran with shade back and saw the master Emerald got shattered in 1000 shards and no one was be seen only. 800 shard was still there laying down.

" Oh no who did this ? " Asked shade.

" Don't worry we'll find the rest of the shards. " I said.

" I hope so. " Shade returned. We went away searching the rest left peaces of the shards.

After 80 shards we found we put it on the master Emerald it healed on itself. Only 120 shards are left.

After a while I saw shade shiver of coldness.

" Hey Shade you freezing ? " I asked.

" A.... Little " she said in a shutter. I put my arm around her waist and pull her close to me.

" thanks " shade said.

" For what ? " I asked.

" for everything " shade said.

" You welcome " I said then a noise came. Shade didn't care at first but it got louder like its very close. She jumped up and make us fall in a embarrassing position. Our eyes contact with each other. We looked like this for a while like there's no tomorrow. The noise came again and shade hugged me very tight as she turned her head towards me. We kissed each other. We both were shocked and surprised but then we enjoyed it. It was an accident kiss but still it was very good......

Wait say what ? Knuckles you the guardian of the master and chaos emeralds you can't fall in love right ? Or can I ?

After we broke the kiss to catch airs our eyes were locked with each other again.

" I love you Knuckles " shade said

I kissed her short then smile at her.

" Love you too Shade " I said.

We hugged the rest of the night. As the sun rise up the hill we woke up and went to find the rest of the 120 Emeralds shard. But this time Shade and I holding hands. After hours passed we find the rest of the emeralds. We brought them back and the Master Emerald healed it wasn't where broken anymore it's now complete healed. I sat down leaning on the Master Emerald. Shade put her head on my chest and rest too.

Knuckles and I aren't married yet but we plan to be married. Maybe we made also kids I don't know.
