~Kris x Ralsei Oneshots~

the SOUL...

Hey guys! I'm back with another one! This one's a request from goopleglop I'm still getting back into writing with this one so sorry if it feel different. But besids that I hope you enjoy the story!

Kris had been laying his bedroom in the dark world, with his mom knowing well he'd be gone for some of spring break, Ralsei wasn't up yet and the castle was empty so he decided to stay in his room reflecting on last night.

He ripped out his SOUL. He promised himself not to have any incidents like that in the dark world but he couldn't take it anymore, he needed to be in control of his own life and not be controlled by this thing he was afraid that...it would make him hurt Ralsei... He realised this while staring at his ceiling slowly wiping away small tears and getting up towards the kitchen hoping to distract himself somehow only to see the prince

"O-Oh! Good morning Kris!!" He noticed the boy before pulling him into a hug "How did you sleep?" He excitedly asked both of them blushing slightly from the hug before letting go "Hey Ral...I-I..slept well.." He gave a fake smile before petting the boy "What are you making..?" He asked

"W-Well I was gonna make us scrambled eggs!" He smiled showing the egg carton "That...sounds lovely.." He managed a smile glancing at the knife block in corner of the kitchen "A-Anyways! May I h-help you?" He asked trying to distract himself "Of course you can!" Ralsei replied smiling widely as he handed him a wisk, cracking eggs into a pan. During this Kris tried to take his mind off the SOUL but with each passing thought of it his fear for not being in control grew. He needed to make sure Ralsei was safe. He needed him to know his pain. He needed to tell him.

He set down the wisk and let out a deep sigh pulling his focuse to Ralsei "H-Hey Ral..?" He asked ina timid voice "Y-Yeah Kris?" He turned around and faced him with a happy expression "I-I...I'm scared..." Kris took a step further tears starting to form in his eyes "Kris? What's wro-" he got cut off by Kris hugging him "I j-just want y-y-you to be safe...." He sniffled slightly "K-Kris...? W-Whatever's happening I-I'm sure it'll be alright..." Ralsei hugged back attempting to comfort the knight "R-R-Ralsei...I..." He tried to speak before letting go of the hug and passing out onto the ground

TIME SKIP 30 MINUTES

Kris had woken up in a bed, dazed and confused he looked around, soon realising he was in Ralsei's room aswell as hearing him come up the stair "K-Kris are you awak-" Ralsei stopped as he saw Kris sitting up in the bed, quickly pulling him into a hug "T-Thank goodness y-you're okay!" He gave a small giggled and blushed. Kris hugged back and blushed with him, loving how close they were. Soon Ralsei pulled away from the hug and sat on the bed "K-Kris...you have to tell me what happened..." He looked at him softly, placing his paw on Kris's leg with Kris letting out a deep sigh

"I...I'm not in full control...of my actions most of the time..." He pulled his legs closer and hugged himself "There's this...Heart shaped object in me...I don't know how but...it controls what I do...sometimes I get a few days even a week of control if I'm lucky...but it usually happens daily...." He let out a small sniffle, looking up to see a shocked yet concerned Ralsei "it's made me...hurt people and do other horrible things...a-and...I j-j-just want you t-to be safe..." He now softly cried as he was surprised with a fluffy hug and a few pats on the head "It'll be alright Kris..." He paused, thinking what to say next.

"Thank you for telling me this Kris...I...I didn't know anything like...this! Could happen to someone...and I am deeply sorry its happening on you..." He held back a small cry as he stared up at Kris "B-But...you must s-stay strong Kris...maybe there's something to fix it...I'll do everything I can to help you..." A few tear droplets fell from his face as Kris hugged back "I..I..I love you Ralsei!" He cried as he tightens his grip, never wanting to let go. Stunned and shocked by what Lris had said Ralsei patted his back and kissed his cheek "I...I love you too Kris..." He blushed deeply as tears slowly formed from his face.

TIME SKIP 1 HOUR

The two had talked for a bit longer, after making sure Kris was safe and feeling better Ralsei offered to continue making breakfast. Kris hungry from all the stress and crying agreed and held the prince's hand down stairs, smiling softly too himself at Ralsei blushing from it.

"So...." Kris broke the silence from the two eating breakfast "does this mean..we're a 'thing'?" He asked, hiding his blushing face "I...I would...love that..." Ralsei looked down from embrassment, his face a soft pink "I...I would too R-Ral..." Kris smiled widely at him, getting up and pulling him into another hug muttering "I love you.." Realising he finally had got his love and insured his safety. Only snapping out of his peaceful thoughts from fluffy pair of arms wrapping around him and a quite "I love you too..Kris..."
