The Mutant at Canterlot High

Part I

(Y/N): "Why did this have to happen to us?" you ask. Your mom lets put a sigh before turning around to face you.

(M/N):"I know this is hard to take in sweetie but for the sake of your dad, we have to do this." she says. "Besides we're technically moving back home because we lived here previously." she added.

(Y/N): "I'm not complaining mom but why didn't we just stay here in the first place?" you asked.

(D/N): "Son, it's just something I'd call the job cycle. They give you a promotion that requires you to move somewhere at random times. You don't really know what to expect out of it." your father explains.

(Y/N): "Oh. I guess that makes sense." you comment.

(D/N): "I see our new house. Let's go in and get all settled in."your father says.

So now you have just settled into your house and in your room relaxing when your mom comes in to check on you.

(M/N): "How do you like your new room sweetie?"

(Y/N): "It's fitting. I like it."

(M/N): "It might take some time getting used to but sweetie, your father is not the only reason why we moved back."

This got your attention as you gave her a confused look.

(Y/N):  "Then what is it?"

(M/N): "It's because of your school. The girls...they were going nuts over you. You probably didn't notice it but that led to other boys getting jealous and things have started to get a little...intense."

(Y/N): "Who told you that?"

(M/N): "Your friend, Jimmy told us. He called sometime ago while me and your father were discussing the move. He mentioned what he witnessed and told us that we should think about transferring to a new school to protect you."

(Y/N): "Oh Wow. I never noticed that. I'm glad Jimmy was looking out for me."

(M/N): "Yeah he was a nice kid. Well, you can still call him later if you want. Be sure that you have everything for school tomorrow. I'm gonna give you some privacy now okay?"

Your mother comes closer to you and kisses your forehead before leaving the room. You decide to take a little nap because you were exhausted from sitting in the car for seven hours.

You rub your eyes and slowly get out of bed. As the sunlight from your window reflected down on you, you stretched your arms and fixed up your hair. You decide to get changed and put on a black hoodie with some dark gray sweatpants. You walk downstairs to see your mother flipping pancakes.

(M/N): "Good morning hun. You want some pancakes?"

(Y/N): "Sure."

(M/N): "Alright. They'll be done in a few."

(Y/N): "Thanks mom."

(M/N): "Don't mention it sweetie."

You smile and give your mom a hug before sitting down. As your mother was cooking she decided to break the sudden silence with small talk.

(M/N): "So do you have everything for school sweetie?"

You nod.

(M/N): "Good. Be sure to have a positive attitude today okay? At least now you're going to be making some new friends."

(Y/N): "Yeah that's true but honestly I'm kind of worried about something."

(M/N): "And what would that be sweetie?"
