Part IX

Sunset walks into the cafeteria, then over to you and the rainbooms.

Applejack: "So how was the tour?"

Sunset Shimmer: "I don't know. I mean, these girls, they were... There was something off about them."

Pinkie Pie: "Like, off like this? Or off like this? Or... Oh, oh! Like—."  she said, first using her hair to make a beard on her face, then using lettuce to give herself big eyebrows and Carrots to give herself fangs, then got her sentence cut off by Rainbow Dash.

Rainbow Dash: "Maybe we should just let her tell us."

Sunset Shimmer: "That's just it. I can't put my finger on it. They just acted sort of... strange around me. Maybe someone already talked to them. Told them about what I did. *sigh* So much for making a good first impression."

Fluttershy: "Uh-huh. Oh, that's probably not it"

(Y/N): "Doubt it." You said quickly.

Girls: "What are you talking about?"

(shadowdragon2784: I'm using the "Equestria Girls and Their Fan From Another World" logic of "Everyone was in class so nobody could've talked to them.")

(Y/N): "Everyone was in CLASS during that tour and when they arrived, so therefore NOBODY could've talked to the new girls and TOLD them WHAT you DID at the FALL FORMAL!'

Out in the hall

Adagio: "This is it, girls. The moment we've been waiting for." She said, an evil grin on her face.

Sonata: "Lunch?!" She said, excited

Adagio: "uggh. *Facepalms* The chance to get our true Equestrian magic back."

Adagio: "Our voices are just strong enough to make them want something so badly, they'll fight to get it."

Aria: "So we're just gonna do what we always do? Stir up some trouble and then feed off the negative energy? SoMe PlAn, AdAgIo."

Adagio: "It won't be the same as the times before! There is Equestrian magic here. The negative energy will give us the power we need to get this entire world to do our bidding."

Sonata: "But we can get lunch after though, right? It's taco Tuesday!"

Adagio: "Just follow my lead."

Aria: "Or my lead."

Adagio: "MY lead."

When they were singing, you clutched your head, and we see inside. We see a rainbow circle around a light with a red spot. The light represents your resistance to the spell, while the red represents their spell's corruption.

Sunset Shimmer: "Those three are definitely in possession of some kind of dark magic. How else could you explain what happened back there?"

Principal's Office

You had all just finished explaining what happened in the cafeteria to Principal Celestia and Vice Principal Luna.

Principal Celestia: "Dark Magic? I find that very hard to believe. Those girls came into my office earlier and were absolutely delightful."

Vice Principal Luna: "Perhaps Sunset Shimmer is just eager to make someone else out to be a bad element, so that her actions at the Fall Formal will become old news."

Sunset Shimmer: "I can see why you might think that but-"

Rainbow Dash/(Y/N): "That's not what happened/We saw all of this go down in the cafeteria too." You and Rainbow Dash said, cutting Sunset's sentence off.
