Chapter 5

James

My whole day just went like air. After school John and I went for our football practice and started enjoying around with others. Some time later we listened a whistle and coach came to the ground and students immediately gathered around him.

"Ok boys, as you all know our schools youth fest is starting after 2 weeks in which seniors from all clubs or sports will participate" after his announcement evryone started talking and coach had to shout to continue about what he was saying. "So, our team will be playing for 3 days with different schools and in fourth day the best 2 teams will qualify for finals. Listen carefully, I am not pressuring anyone but every year our team has won and I know you all can do it and give your best." After coach gave all the information everyone went for practice.

When I went for my swim club everyone started talking but stopped when coach came and gave us details about schools youth fest which will be for 2 days for our club and on third day best 3 schools will go for finals.
"So our ace star gear up for the battle of year and I know you will give your 100%."
"Yes sir!" I told him by saluting and everyone started laughing alongwith the coach. I have always loved swimming, it's like a relaxing therapy for me.

After swimming was finished I met my friends in the parking lot. We all were hanging out when everyone's eyes stuck on one group or maybe one person, James. He was in his jersey and sweating because of which his top stuck to his body and biceps were on full show. He was looking smoking hot. Everyone was just looking at him till the time he didn't left.

Later that day, after reaching Home I went through same routine including shower, doing homework, playing video games and then ate with family before going to bed.

James

After 3 days my birthday comes and I was very excited about it. I got up and went to washroom, then get dressed and went downstairs where my dad was reading newspaper and mom was cooking.

"Dad, I want to ask something" he looked up from newspaper and motioned for me to continue.
"Actually, on my birthday I wanted to give my friends a birthday party in our farmhouse".
"Son, is everything ok? You never celebrate your birthday. What happened this time?".
"Oh nothing, just John is behind me to celebrate it this time and that also in farmhouse alongwith some other school friends".
"Here, these are the keys. Go and have fun" mom gave me the keys alongwith the kiss on forehead.
"Then, it's final verdict. The boss herself has given permission what can I say" dad teased mom.
"Yes and you both are always on my command".
"Yes boss!" Both dad and me saluted and laughed on our antics. They both are the best parents I could have ever asked from moon goddess.
