Chapter 21

Danny

It feels as if yesterday only school got started and now only two weeks are left to get it over. I still remember the day of James finals and the day when my heart finally knew that I want to spend rest of my life with him. That day...(after match James and danny were in James room)
"I am so happy today. I can't even express it" and cuddled with me while laying down on his bed.
"I know babe and i am proud of you" I said while kissing his forehead.
"James".
"Yes, baby".
"What are your plans after school?".
"Hmm... As you know i am going to be an alpha so, i have to take over from my father after school and look after the pack".
"In your future... do I, have a place?"
"Ofcourse Danny, YOU are my future".
"Then James, let's be together after our graduation" i said and looked at his face. He was totally surprised.
"Wh-what? Are you sure? Like what about your career?"
"That was before meeting you. Now, i only want to be with you and look after the pack as... Luna"i said while blushing. He smiled and kissed on my lips.

For one week i was not able to see James as we both were busy for exams and didn't wanted to interrupt each other's studies. Today, finally is our last exam and we will be free from this hell. (After exam)
"Hey buddies, how was exam?" Michael asked
"Don't ask, i didn't even know what I wrote" Travis said.
"I expected that from you"i said.
"Ok ok, leave this topic. Tell me about prom. Who all are you going with?" Kim asked.
"Dude, i don't know about other's but I can bet our devil will definitely go with his monster boyfriend" Travis said while smiling.
"Dumbass, we all know with whom he will go. I am asking about other's" Kim said while hitting on travis head.
"We haven't decided yet" Michael said and Kylie alongwith Travis nodded.
While they all were discussing about prom, I thought that this time I want to ask James for prom but in a special way so, I made a plan with my friends. (Prom was after two days)

Later that day, James looked for me but I didn't meet him. He even called me and sent messages at night but I ignored him as I want to give him surprise.

Next day, I went to school and started looking for Danny. I thought he is angry with as he didn't picked up my call or respond to messages. When I asked his friends, they said that he is fine just need some space, after that I didn't feel attending any class. Right now, I am sitting in library with my friends. Next moment the librarian gave a piece of paper to me...
"Hello James, this is for you" librarian said and gave the paper to me. Everyone was confused.
"Hello, Ms Katie. Thank you" I said and she left.
"What is written in it?" Leo asked.
"I know babe, you are tensed because of me. It really was not my intention but as you know I am Danny the devil so, after not seeing each other for so many days I thought to have some fun. And i know you will never deny your baby's request. I love you JAMES. So, let's start, the riddles will writen on paper and you have to solve it to see me,simple. Now solve it fast and come and see me. I miss you" i read it and everyone got so interested in this little game of my devil. I soon read the first riddle written at the end 'I hope you know CPR, because you just took my breath away'.
"What does it mean?" Leo asked.
"James, do you get any idea from this?" Ava asked and i read it twice when it striked me.
"The second floor hallways where we had our first eye contact" i said and ran. When I reached, there was paper stick to my locker. I read the second riddle 'are you a parking ticket? Cause you have got fine written all over you' and immediately ran towards parking lot. There was a paper on my car wiper and i read third riddle 'do you happen to have band-aid? Cause I scrapped my knees falling for you' i read the riddle once again and ran towards football ground. I looked fir the paper but found nothing. Then coach came and gave it to me while smiling. I read fourth riddle 'your eyes are like the ocean, I could swim in them all day' and ran towards swimming room at fast pace.

I wrote all the riddles relating to James and my encounters in school. And I knew he will be able to crack it. Now, i am just waiting for my love to come suddenly, door opened and my light of my life came.
"James, i missed you so much" i ran towards him and hugged him.
"I missed you tooo, love" he said while kissing my cheek.
"So,you wanted to be a devil and made me wait to see you"he said while crossing his arms.
"But I am Devil only for you... Even in bed" i said the last part in his ear seductively and he moaned.
"Ohh my devil, I love you".
"Love you too. I also has a surprise for you, close you eyes" he did and i took him to changing room.
"Now open" he did and gasped.
"Woah, Danny this is amazing" he said and kissed me on lips.
"James Parker, wil you go to prom with me?" I asked him while getting on one knee.
"Ofcourse,who will it be except for my devil"he said and kissed passionately.
(The surprise that Danny had planned for James was to decorate changing room with their photos and lights. For danny, this was the room where first time James gave him strength and motivated to go ahead and he will always be with him.)
