James

It's been a week since Danny moved out from his parents house and started living with me. This whole week was the best experience of my life, we both would spend time together, he gets to know pack members and our world. Whenever I am busy with pack work he would spend time with my mom, they both now have bond like mother and son they share everything with each other. My mom is helping him a lot to adjust in our world. Every morning, whenever I see his face i thank moon goddess for a lovely mate. Right now, danny is taking shower and I am on my phone.
(Danny comes out of shower with only towel around his waist.)
"What are you looking at?" Danny asked smirking while standing in front of mirror.
"No-nothing" I said and went for shower. My heat is coming and I have been controlling myself of not pounding on danny. He is still not comfortable with mating but he is trying to know more things about werewolves.

After shower, Danny and I went downstairs for breakfast as we entered the dinning hall, mom and dad alongwith some elder pack members were sitting. Till now, almost every pack member knows about danny and him being future Luna.
"Good morning everyone".
"Good morning son" mom said and kissed on his cheek and then on mine.
"So, James what about your ceremony?" One of the elders asked me.
"We are thinking of keeping it on full moon" daddy said.
"Oh, that's good" Then everyone ate while engaging in their own conversation.
When Danny and I went to our room.
"What ceremony?"
"My alpha title ceremony" i said while hugging him from back and he relaxed in my arms.
"Ohh, so you'll become alpha" he said in cocky way.
"Yes, but I will always be on your command sir" and kissed on his cheek. Suddenly turned him around I bite his lower lip while he moaned. "Ah," we kissed passionately and then I started kissing his jaw and sucked his necking "aah, James hm". Before my wolf could get out of control I stepped back.
"What happened?"
"I forgot about some pack work. You rest i will come after few hours" and left the room.

After few hours I went back to room where I saw danny sleeping peacefully and a smile came on my face. For the past few days I have been avoiding touching danny which he is also seeing and I felt bad for not telling him because I know he will agree to mate with me just to remove my pain.

These past few days, I don't know why but James is being very strange. He is not spending time with me nor touching me the way we should cuddle or he would kiss on my lips every morning. While thinking about all of this...
"Ouch" the plate slipped from my hand while cooking with mom(James mom).
"It's ok, stand a side" and started picking up pieces while I broom the area.
"Son, are you ok?"
"Yes mom".
"Not so convincing. Now, come on spill" she said and looked at me while folding her arms. These few week i have been very close to her and I knew if I tell her anything she would always help me.
(Then danny explained all the things happening these days to her.)
"Oh my child, don't worry. That is not what you are thinking" she said confidently and i just stared at her in confusion.
"Let me explain and i know i am stupid if not telling you earlier about  this thing".
"No, you are not mom" i said by waving hand air and she smiled.
"Ok, James is in heat. (Danny was confused) For werewolves heat is like a sexual need. In this period, every werewolves wolf side try to overcome human side and wanted have sex with their mate. And if any werewolf has found his or her mate and is near them then it becomes very difficult for them to be in control. So, James is trying to avoid physical contact because by just a little contact between you both his wolf would take control and mate with you" she said and i looked at her in shocked way.
"What happens if the person is not able to mate?"
"If a werewolf is not able to mate then they go through a lot of pain. Their body temperature increases and they are not able to sense or understand things around them for that period".
After she told me everything I felt bad for James. I know he is doing all theses thing just because I am not ready to mate with him but right now i just want to be in James arms.

In afternoon, James came to room when I was reading a book.
"Hey babe".
"Hi baby" he said while avoiding eye contact. As soon as he turned around towards washroom I hugged him from behind.
"Danny what are you doing?" He tried to push me but i resisted.
"James... I want to be in your arms. Pls" i said and he faced me.
"What happened?"
"I miss you" i said and he immediately hugged me tightly.
"I know about your heat".
"And?"
"And... I want to be yours".
"Danny listen you don't have to do this because of my heat. It is just for 4 days" he said to me while cupping me cheeks.
"Not because of your heat but because I want to" i said while stressing the word want. After few minutes, he kissed me on lips.
"I love you" he said and i put my fingers in his hair. His hands were on my ass which he was squeezing "aah".
