FlamePaw was hurrying around camp, as ShadowClans only medicine cat, he had to deal with all the roles. " FlamePaw! There hasn't been any patrols all day! We're starving over here! " ScorchFur called. " Oh yes! One moment " FlamePaw responded, and quickly climbed up the Leaders tree " FlamePaw! OlivePaw has a cut On her shoulder! " SnowBird called up " A-as soon as I'm done with patrols I'll help- " FlamePaw mewed, and cleared his throat. " Let's have ScorchFur, DawnRise, and StarlingPaw all go on a hunting patrol to the west, and and AppleFur, ToadFoot, and TawnyPelt take one to the east " FlamePaw called, and quickly jumped down to help OlivePaw. ScorpionHeart sighed, and stalked out of camp to help. He trotted along the path to the Rowan Trees, one area that hardly held any Black prey. " ScorpionHeart " ScorpionHeart lifted his head, and faced the sound, MapleShade stood, smiling. " MapleShade! " ScorpionHeart ran to to her, and rubbed his head in her fluff, purring. " Oh ScorpionHeart, I am so proud of you...and it is time I help your clan...StarClan has decided that RowanClaw Will be your leader, but we must leave a sign for FlamePaw to see, now you being a Star mean you get to help, now I do have a idea, it's simple, but it works " MapleShade purred. " What is it? " ScorpionHeart tilted his head. " Try and carve out a Claw Shape in these Rowan trees. " MapleShade meowed. ScorpionHeart nodded, and quickly clawed the tree, and pulled out a claw-Shaped peice of wood. " This will be great! But where will we leave it? " ScorpionHeart asked. " Leave it in front of FlamePaws den, the rest will happen by itself " MapleShade meowed and gently faded away. ScorpionHeart nodded, and ran to camp. He slid into camp, and quietly walked up to the Medicine den, dropped it in, and ran out to the Warriors den. ScorpionHeart watched FlamePaw walk into the Medicine den, and Quickly run out. " StarClan has spoke! " FlamePaw called, and climbed up to the leaders branch. " RowanClaw! RowanClaw will lead us! " FlamePaw shouted. RowanClaw stepped out, eyes wide, but nodded " I shall lead ShadowClan! " He called, and the clan cheered. ScorpionHeart felt pride rush through him.

" ScorpionHeart! Come along! Your father is getting his lives! " MapleShade woke him, And ScorpionHeart looked around the Star filled  Pine forest. He quickly stood up, and followed MapleShade. " There's my dad! " ScorpionHeartpointed to his father, looking around the forest. " Yes, Now  be quiet " MapleShade chuckled. The first cat was BlackStar himself, With the life of Bravery. Then was RussetFur, with The life of Loyalty. LittleCloud with the life of honesty, A small, Pale Grey she-Kit named LavenderKit with the gift of KinHood. CedarHeart with the life of Bravery. A tortishell she, named HollyStar, with the life of Trusting all. A small black and White kit, BadgerFang, with the life of training your young well. NightWhisper with the life of acceptance, and Finally TallPoppy, with the life of A mother's love. " We name you RowanClaw now, now go Lead our clan! " BlackStar spoke, and ScorpionHeart smiled.
