I woke up to the smell of something burning and when I looked to my right the space beside me wasn't filled. I let myself wake up and sat there for a few minutes processing.
I get up and change into some shorts and put on jadens hoodie. I go downstairs to be greeted with a bunch of smoke being invited to my face, I immediately started coughing and attempted to get the smoke out of my face. It was to much so I ran outside to see Jaden who was basically coughing his lungs out. It was such a funny sight I started laughing harder then ever. He didn't even notice me until I started laughing he didn't seem very happy with me laughing at him
there was then a huge smirk plastered on his face as he was slowly walking towards me, oh I fucked up. I slowly started backing away to get away from Jaden "Jaden. don't even think about it" I said thinking it would change his mind, as his movements became faster I turned my back against him and started running like there was no tomorrow, who knew a teenager could be so scary when chasing you
I've been running for a few minutes him still behind me chasing me. Boy could he run I mean all I did was laugh at him it was fucking hilarious!! I ran into a blueberry field (we were away from jadens house) and I tried hiding from him which was a stupid idea. I was running and stopped when I couldn't hear his footsteps, I bent down and stayed still not making a sound. I stayed there for about 3 minutes when I was attacked with hands immediately laughing to the point where I was out of breath
It was Jaden and he wouldn't stop tickling me "who's laughing now?" He said while smirking I tried getting out of his grip but everytime I tried he just tickled me even more making me laugh harder and louder. I was lauging and practically screaming for him to stop, which made him laugh at me even more. I didn't notice that I was laying in mud, I managed to get him off of me and I splashed dirt on him as payback
he looked at me with a serious look which lasted for about 30 seconds until we ended up bursting out laughing practically in tears, we were rolling around in the mud not caring about our clothes getting dirty from the mud.
we stayed there lauging our asses off for about 5 minutes when Jadens phone started ringing, it was his mom he quickly answered and then I heard his mom getting onto him for leaving the house with smoke it made me bust into a smile, a few minutes later after getting scolded for basically burning the Kitchen down we got up and started walking towards his house, we were about 4 minutes away from his house and my body was tired from laughing so much, I got onto his back without warning him which made him tip a little bit until he realized what was going on and held onto my knees so I won't fall and get hurt. I kissed the top of his head and noticed he was blushing
once we got back to his house I left him in the kitchen as he had to help clean the kitchen up from his mess from attempting to make pancakes, I quickly ran up the stairs into his room while grabbing a pair of leggings that I left, and stole a t - shirt from Jaden. I went into the bathroom across the hall and locked the door changing until I heard banging once I was finished chasing I opened it being greeted to a tired javon, I greeted him and gave him a small hug leaving the bathroom to him letting him do whatever he has to do. I walk back into jadens room seeing him laying on his bed on his phone, probably scrolling through Tiktok. I layed beside him watching his phone with him. I started paying attention to his features, he was so beautiful, his side profile is beautiful, his nose is beautiful, everything about him is beautiful.
I didn't notice how long I was staring at him until I made eye contact with him, I smiled at him as he smiled back. I hugged him as he hugged me back, we hugged for a few minutes not talking, just enjoying each others presence Jaden was the one who pulled away first I then noticed he was in his uniform, he got up pulling me in for another hug "I have practice, if you want to go you can but I have to leave" he softly said, I declined sadly because I had to watch my little brother I gave him a peck on the cheek and mrs Jessica took me home.
I walked into my house silence filling the house, as I looked around I saw my little brother asleep on the couch, he was shaking and freezing as I was putting a blanket on him my mom rushed down the stairs, gave me a peck on the forehead and left for work. I sat down beside my little brother and scrolled through my Instagram feed. I got a message from Jaden but it was a video of him practicing his mom must have sent it to me. I admired the video and saved it to my camera roll and replied with a "❤️" and along with a "I wish i was there!!" I clicked deliver and went back to scrolling on Instagram. I refreshed my page and saw a picture of me and Jaden that jayla posted from last night when me and Jaden were asleep

I laughed at jadens comment while liking it, since Jaden is at practice I decided to lay on the couch and take a long nap
