Just as you were finishing the last touches of your outfit, you heard a knock at the door. You rushed to the door and opened it nervously. There stood Alex with a single rose looking pretty nervous too. "Hi", you said shyly tucking a piece of hair behind your ear. "Hey (y/n) you look really good" he smiles looking at your outfit choice. It was a simple pair of ripped jeans, a band tee and doc martens. He told you to dress casual.
"So you ready to go?" He asks. "Yeah lemme just grab some money" you said running back into the house. "I'm reeaaddy" you sang as you walked out the door locking it behind you. You followed Alex to his car, he opened your door for you like the gentleman he is :) Then you set off. "So where are we even going?" You questioned. "Um I was thinking we could go bowling then have dinner?" He said nervously. "We an go somewhere else if you dont like that idea" he added quickly. "That sounds perfect Lex" you smiled at him. "K well OFF WE GO!" He shouted.You giggled at his goofiness.
When you arrived at the bowling centre you went and got your shoes then started to get ready to play. "I'm gonna beat you so bad" he smirked as you stepped up to go. You left him gobsmacked by getting a strike in your first shot. After the bowling(you won by a mile) he brought you to a nice pizza restaraunt where you both obviously got giant pizzas. As you ate you talked about anything that popped in to your minds. You always knew you felt something towards Alex but tonight proved you felt more than a little bit lovestruck by him. He was a great guy.
When you got back to your house he walked you to your door. "I had a really great time tonight Lex, thank you so much" you smiled. "I had a great time too (y/n). I really like you" he whispered. "I really like you too" you say leaning in. When your lips touched you felt electricity run through your body(cheesy I know). "Wow" he said when you pulled away. "Yeah wow is right" you whispered. "Well I better head home. See you tomorrow, make sure you call me!" Alex says walking back to his car giving you a small wave. "Definitely, bye!" You called. Best night ever.
