Welcome to our third prompt challenge!
Prompt challenges are a little different from the main awards that are running as you will need to create a new graphic based on the prompts given. The deadlines will also be different from the deadline for submissions to the main categories.
There are a few little details you need to know before you join this challenge, make sure you read them all!
↳˳₁ You must make a new graphic to join!
↳˳₂ You must provide a list of all your resources (preferably with links to where they came from), they should also be from safe sources (please don't use pinterest, weheartit, anything straight off google images, etc.)
↳˳₃ Plagiarism in these challenges will mean you cannot join any further challenges or enter any of your works into the main categories!
↳˳₄ You will be judged on your creativity, the quality of your graphic and the resources used in it, the overall look of your design including the technical work used to create it, and how well your entry meets the prompt.
↳˳₅ Your entry should be posted somewhere here on wattpad but you can send us an external link to ensure we see your work with its best quality (wattpad uploads can ruin the quality of your graphic but the judges will take this into consideration if you wish to only submit via wattpad)
↳˳₆ Please comment "joining" if you wish to take part and tag a few friends you think might be interested in joining! (1-3 tags is fine, this is no longer optional so make sure to tag a friend!)
For this challenge, you will need to choose a number from 1 to 15. Based on this number you will receive a particular resource that our judges have hand-picked for this challenge. You will have to include that resource within your entry, it's up to you how you use it but it has to be on it somewhere and it must be obvious to the judges where you have used it.
Please remember to credit your given resource wherever you post your design! (you can even just leave a link to the resource in the comments next to your entry along with the name of the creator/owner of that resource).
Type of Graphic: Any kind of poster (e.g. movie poster, book poster, character poster, etc)
Style: Manip (object, scenery, or model-based)**
Title: Any/None (up to you if you want to include text)
Other text: Any/none (up to you, also depends on your type of poster)
Genre: Any
Colours: Any
Dimensions: I recommend 1688x2500 for the best quality but anything within this ratio is fine.**When we say manip/manipulation, we expect you to use a variety of different images — could be 3, could be 30, that is up to you —to create certain scenery that hasn't existed like that before. You can do face and body swaps for models for example, or mix different images of landscapes and animals until you get a magic forest. The options are endless, use your imagination! Have a look at the examples below provided by our judges.
Manip Examples: (please don't copy, steal, or recreate any of the examples provided)
Example comment to join:
"Joining! 12 @/tagsomeonehere"Extra note:
Please be aware that the required style is a MUST and although we will accept entries that are not manipulated, you will lose points for not sticking with the required style. Likewise, if you do not make a poster and deviate to a book cover or any other type of graphic you will lose points!23rd of april 2022
