Gavin picks up a Spiderman plush
GAVIN: Oh
GAVIN: There's no room
GAVIN: Hmm
GAVIN: You can sit on superman's head
GAVIN: Don't worry, he's very strong
Gavin smiles brightly
Gavin sighs
Gavin goes to the kitchen
GAVIN: Mommy, where is everyone?
GAVIN'S MOM: I not sure
GAVIN'S MOM: Maybe they are late
GAVIN: But we invited the whole class
GAVIN'S MOM: Let us give them more time
4 HOURS LATER...
The sky is dark and the living room is quite
Gavin sits on the sofa and puts on a party hat
Then he lights a candle
GAVIN: Happy birthday to me
Gavin blows out candle
There's a knock at the door so he goes to open it
NED AND BRYAN: Surprise!!!
NED: Here's your present
GAVIN: Wow, thanks!
GAVIN: Come in
NBG enters the living room
BRYAN: Where's everyone else?
GAVIN: You guys are the first ones here
GAVIN: And probably the only ones
NED: Open the present!
BRYAN: Yeah, open it!
Gavin unwraps gift
GAVIN: What's this?
BRYAN: It's a friendship bracelet
Ned and Bryan rolls up their sleeves
BRYAN: We've got the same ones
NED: I told him its too girly but he made his mom get them anyways
Gavin puts bracelet on
GAVIN: I love it!
BRYAN: Yay!
BRYAN: Now we can be best friends forever!
IN PERSON:
Gavin sits next to his bed
GAVIN (To himself): Best friends don't forget each others birthdays
Gavin stares down at the bracelet
A rock hits the bedroom window
Gavin hears whispering and walks over to the window
BRYAN: Gav!
BRYAN: Get down here right now!
Gavin looks down
Ned's holding a cake
Gavin smiles brightly
BRYAN: Quick
BRYAN: Before he drops the cake!
GAVIN: I'll be down in a sec!
Gavin hurries downstairs, rushes out the front door and crashes into the cake face first
NED: Whoops
BRYAN: NED
NED: I'm sorry!
BRYAN: I told you not to stand right in front of the door
Gavin pulls his face back out
