Brief explanation by Eldrick: Hello it's me again. I will again hand some handy exposition for your consideration. Pandora was presented in the 1st chapter of Mike's story where the story was still handwritten and drawn. Pandora made his appearance of the final story of the 1st chapter "The last stand" where he was ultimately defeated by D.V by turning him into an error in reality. He was now resurrected by The 4 to help them defeat Mike and his crew.
