We walked out the door completely exhausted "Let's go before we get caught" I panted

We walked fast as we could only to bump into somebody I didn't want to see at this time. Abuela.

I also saw Mirabel's face turned into a frown and immediately turned into a smile

"Where are you both coming from in such a hurry? " Abuela quickly dusted herself

I smiled awkwardly "We're sorry I- we were just-" I get interrupted "What is in your hair? " Abuela reached down to see what was in Mirabel's hair

Before she could even check, Luisa sadly came upstairs "My gift! I'm loosing my gift! " she yelled

"What?" Abuela asked. Me and Mirabel suddenly looked worried "Mirabel and I were having this little talk about me carrying too much so, I tried not to carry so much, but I realized it was putting me behind and I knew I was gonna let everyone down and I felt really bad, so I was grabbing all the donkeys but when I went to throw the donkeys in the barn, they were... Heavy!" Luisa cried and went to her room

We looked at her sadly run away "what did you do? What did you say to her? " Abuela looked at Mirabel and her worried look turned into a frown

"Nothing. I don't-" she gets cut off "Mirabel, I have to go get the guzmáns for Isabel's engagement"

Abuela looked at her clock "stay away from Luisa until I can talk to her. Tonight, we can't have any more problems" she ran away

I looked at Mirabel in a confused but worried look "h-hey guys" a voice said from behind us

We both look who it was and it was Camilo " I need to tell you something... Privately " He looked scared
