「Glamrock Freddy」|| Sentient Pt. 2!

It'd been your first day on the job after applying to be the night guard.

You'd heard that the recent one, Vanessa, had gotten fired due to some.. past situations that they didn't specify or even tell you.

You didn't mind at all, though.

You inhaled for a minute, and then sighed it all out before walking in.
You hadn't been in the Pizzaplex for almost a week, and you missed the new friend (maybe even more soon.. >:) ) you had made.

"Main Hall.." Your words had been repetitive, knowingly, you had bad memory. You just couldn't remember anything after a few minutes for the life of it, but it was totally fine now.

With map in hand, you gripped the newspaper-type material a bit too tight, hearing the small crinkles within your touch.

It was so quiet at night.

As you walked to the main hall, you had seen the stage. It was huge, something you didn't notice during the day time with it inhabited with the animatronic trio.

"Ah, I see you have taken the job?"
You jumped, before quickly turning around.

"Freddy, hey! It's been a while!" You chirped, hugging the animatronic bear that basically loomed over your (Y/H) figure.

Freddy did his best to hug back, his hand gently patting your back as well.

"It has, I've missed you."
He gave a big toothy smile, breaking the hug after a while.

"Missed you too! We'll be seeing each other way more, so don't worry!" You grinned, patting his arm, before looking down at the map you had forgotten was in your hand.
You hadn't noticed, but Freddy's smile had gotten wider for a moment.

After a while, you'd both been conversing while you did your patrolling. Talked about your favorite colors, likes, etc!

It was pretty fun and you had to admit, Freddy had way more personality than what was displayed on stage.

"I honestly thought it'd be a disaster on my first day, but thank god you somehow found me."
You stated, slowly stopping in-front of his room, examining it from the glass window outside.
You heard Freddy chuckle a bit, which, for some reason made your heart flutter. Freddy laughed, and you both had spent so much time together and bonded in such short time.
Did you... like him?

You shook the feeling away for a moment, feeling illuminated eyes wander your expression.
"Hm?"

"I had such a wonderful time with you. May we perhaps do this again tomorrow, (Y/N)?" Freddy gave a smile, it was so sweet that it could even give you a cavity
You stammered for a moment. Is he asking you out?
As if he read your mind directly, he nodded.
"I am.. I hope I am doing it righ—"
You cut him off, by bringing Freddy into a caring embrace, in which, he happily returned.

"I'd love to."

You wouldn't know how a human and an animatronic could be together, but it honestly didn't matter. You were both happy about it, and nobody could take that away.

You broke the embrace after a bit, looking up to see Freddy beaming at you with delight. "Thank you, miss (Y/N). I promise to take care of you."

Your heart had practically melted at his statement. How could an animatronic be way better than any of your past relationships?
He proved it to you the moment you met him, and you don't regret anything.

The sound of ringing had distracted you both, in which you had looked at the source. You pulled out your phone, frowning slightly.

"It's 6AM.. Aw man."

You were visibly disappointed, but it 'd quickly been corrected by a smile.

"It's fine, we have tomorrow and even a bunch of days after that! I'll see you tomorrow, okay Freddy?" You smiled, motioning him to lean to her height for a moment.

He'd happily done so.

You gave him a small peck on his cheek, and surprisingly you didn't make contact with cold metal. It felt oddly warm.

Freddy stood back up, stammering a bit.
"A-ah.. Thank you, I appreciate that."

You patted his shoulder gently, chuckling.
Stuffing my phone in my pocket, i leave the facility after saying my goodbyes.

That was one of the best days of my life, no doubt.
