Maybe it wasn't good to talk to strangers but Tommy took the risk anyway.
Tommy had been woken to the brunette hovering over him. The other looked a bit confused as the boy hopped out of bed.
"You were sleeping?" the man asked. Tommy nodded as the man led him out the door. His brother wasn't there but Tommy assumed he was safe.
Tommy often made friends with strangers and didn't see the hurt at going over to someone's house that he didn't know. He could probably beat the owner if they tried anything but the vibe of these people seemed off. It seemed like they knew a lot more about him than he knew of them.
