Octane dashes forward at blinding speeds and slashes continuously in a horizontal cyclone pattern.
Second Form: Quick Shot
Octane fires his Nambu and pushes the bullet faster with the wind.
Third Form: Clean Storm Wind Tree
Octane Unleashes a whirlwind of slashes around his body that can defend him from incoming attacks and slice up his surroundings.
Forth Form: Winter Breeze
Octane slashes softly upward but once he slashes downward it is slashed with force.
Fifth Form: Cold Mountain Wind
Octane creates several circular arched slashes that increase in size form above their target.
Sixth Form: Whip Slash
Octane throws his katana and grabs onto the string and uses it swing his katana around.
Seventh Form: Gale, Sudden Gusts
Octane leaps into the air while swinging his blade which generates gale-force winds to shred their opponent apart.
Eight Form: Bullet Swister
Octane shoots with extreme acurracy and uses the wind to push the bullet faster and farther.
Ninth Form: Idaten Typhoon
Octane backflips into the air and while upside-down, unleashes a powerful gust of circular wind that slashes apart anything below.
Tenth Form: Calm Before The Storm
Octane stands and takes in deep breaths, as he is building up his power the wind starts picking up. Once his power is at it's max he releases a strong slash that forms a tornado from the strong winds being cut in half.
