"Are you okay?" He asked. "I'm fine, Will..." I said, nodding. He scoops me up in his arms. I wrap my arms around his neck, and lean my head on his shoulder.

-Looking For The Flayed-

Y/N P.O.V

We decided it's best to gather in Hopper's cabin. So that is where we decided to go. I'm currently sitting inside Nancy's car, my head on Will's shoulder. He have his arm around my shoulder.

"Here, Y/N... wipe your nose" he said, handing me a tissue. I grab it from his hand and gently wipe the blood from my nose. I feel Will's hand tucking a piece of hair behind my ear.

"You really need to take it easy, Y/N... your body is getting weaker by the minutes you use your power" he said. "I can't just let Eve take all the burden, Will. I'll be fine. I promise..." I said. He lets out a sigh and just pulls me closer to his side. I lean my head on his shoulder once again.

My mind went back to what had happened earlier at the hospital. "What was that thing?" I said. Nancy turns her head to look at me. "It was Tom and some other guy. They turned into this gooey form and they morphed into one..." she said. "You also said they ate chemicals? Like pesticides, rat poisons and other things?" I said. She nods her head. "We can't think of any reasons..." she said.

"I have..." I said. "What?" She said. "So they'll be immune to those things. Which... makes it hard for us to defeat them. Aside from that... mixing all those chemicals would create a new substance. What if they're trying to create something? Something that's monstrous and dangerous" I said, I frown as worry starts to build up in me. She thinks about it and nod her head.

"Yeah. I think you're right about that, Y/N... I tried injecting Tom with a sedating serum. But it had no effect" she said. I let out a sigh and run my hand through my hair. "This is getting a lot harder by the second..." I said. Will pulls me closer to his side. I turn my head slightly and bury my face to the crook of his neck.

"So... obviously the plan with Mrs. Driscoll didn't work as we planned. What do we do now?" I asked. No one said anything to my question. I let out a sigh and move to lay down on Will's lap, because I still feel a little out of shape.

"Have you taken your medicine?" He asked, while playing with my hair. I turn my head to look at him. "I need only one per day. Also, it's 3-4 times a week" I said. He just hum and nod his head.

"The only option is we have to try to look for Heather along with her parents. We need to know where Billy took them. Maybe then we'll be able to find out the source..." I said.

"I'll try to look for them..." Eve said. "I'll come with you" I said, sitting up. I was about to get up when Will grabs my hand and pulls me back down. "Oh no, you don't..." he said. "Will... stop worrying. I'm fine. I can't let Eve do all the works on her own..." I said.

"But..." he started. "I'm going to be fine... I need you to trust me. I know my own limits, okay?" I said. He lets out a sigh and nod his head. I smile and place a soft kiss on his cheek. I stand up and follows Eve to her room.

We take a seat in front of each other. "We have to find Heather and her parents, along with Billy... let's focus on them, okay?" I said. "You focus on Billy. I'll focus on Heather and her parents" she said. I nod my head in agreement. The two of us closes our eyes with a blindfold.
