*y/n's POV*

Today is the day where I start going to Encanto High. I was pretty nervous to meet new people, but my mom assured me that I was fine. I ate breakfast and left the house.

y/n - '¡Adiós, mamá!'

Mom - '¡Adiós, and good luck!'

I was walking near the big house which Mirabel called it 'Casita' and while I was looking at it, Mirabel ran right in front of me

y/n - 'Jeez Mirabel, you scared me!'

Mirabel - 'I'm sorry, I'm just excited for your first day of school! Let me tell you, our class is amazing! It's filled with lots of kind people.'

y/n - 'Thanks for the info, that made me less nervous.'

Mirabel - 'No worries! I'll go now, since I'm pretty sure we gotta wait for everyone to arrive at school before you step in the class.'

y/n - 'Alright! Talk later!'

As everyone sat in the class, the teacher explained.

Teacher - 'Morning class! As you know, today we'll have a new student! Let's welcome y/n l/n!'

I step in the class and started to introduce myself.

y/n - 'Hello! I'm y/n l/n. I'm currently new to the encanto. Nice to meet you all!'

Teacher - 'You may sit in that empty seat next to Camilo Madrigal.'

I walked to the empty seat and felt a little nervous when everyone looked at me. I sat down and we begin our lessons.

Time passes quite quickly and it was already lunch time. I walked around in the hallway and accidentally bumped into someone.

y/n - 'I apologi- CRISTINA??'

Cristina - 'How do you know my name? Wait, are you... y/n?'

y/n - 'Yep! Your childhood bestie coincidentally moved into Encanto and is seeing their bestie after ages.'

We talked a lot during lunch time and she also showed me around the school. I was really glad that I saw her and she gave me her address so I could visit her sometime. It was time for class and we were both sad about having to go to different classes and promised to meet at the school entrance after school everyday. I went back to class and waited until these boring lessons were over. I did see Marco sitting right in front of Camilo. I was glad he sat nearby me. But even if I hated classes, I tried to pay as much attention as I could.

School was already over and we all packed our stuff and got ready to leave school. I waited in the entrance and Cristina appeared a few seconds later. We talked until we reached my house. We said goodbye and I went straight into my house. I finished my homework and went downstairs.

y/n - 'Mamá, we have a project and I gotta go to my friend's house, possibly having a sleepover there for a few days. Is that okay for you?'

y/n's mom - 'Of course it is fine! Just be safe, okay?'

y/n - 'Alright! Thanks mamá!'

I left the house with my bag filed with everything I needed for a sleepover and the stuff for the project. The teacher separated us into groups and I'm in a group with Mirabel. We were extremely excited when we saw each other. And I also got to know about the Madrigals even more! It was fun, and after a long time doing the project, we started our sleepover. We did pillow fights and Isabela also joined and put a f/c flower on my head. We had so much fun and eventually fell asleep.

But I didn't know about one of the Madrigals having feelings for me secretly, and is willing to kill just for my love.
