Disease:
Atherosclerosis (hardening of arteries) - the formation of fatty plaques lining the blood vessels can be lead to by high fat diet. Atherosclerosis can occur from fatty areas becoming calcified and hard. Strokes and heart and kidney damage can result from raised blood pressure and vessels become less stretchable.
