Lupus Nephritis - kidney inflammation results when the abnormal process of lupus auto antibodies affects the glomerulus (filtering structures) of your kidneys occurs. This process may cause hematuria (blood in the urine), proteinurina (protein in the urine), high blood pressure, or an impaired kidney function or even kidney failure.
