So I tried to sleep but couldn't no mater how much I waited or moved I couldn't fall asleep. Eventually it was day time so I sighed and accepted my defeat. I jumped of the tree and started to explore the forest.

After a bit off walking and a lot of exploring I hear a scream it sounded like a little girl I walk over there mostly out of curiosity I see a little girl she was wearing a pink dress loosely hanging from her shoulders.

Ther was a gash on her head and blood dripping down her forehead the seemed to stop at her cheek. She was holding a little teddy bear and was staring wide eyed at something. I followed her line of vision and saw a gruff looking middle aged man.

He was pointing a gun at her. I was just confused I stayed h behind the tree and heard the man saying "I'm not going to fall for your tricks demon!" I she just started to cry the man faltered a bit lowering his gun but his finger was still on the trigger.

Looking around I found a broken glass piece. It seemed sharp enough so I picked it up and walked through the trees to a spot behind the man. I walked so silently it just felt so natural. The little girl noticed me but I put a finger to my lips and she seemed to understand.

Thankfully the man hadn't noticed me. I'd have to be quick about killing him since he did have a gun. Luckily though it wasn't pointed at anyone.

I quickly made work of killing him. I slit his throat and he dropped the gun and held his throat. He fell to the floor and soon passed no scream no fight just quietly passing except for the occasional gurgling sound.

I dropped the bloody glass and wiped my bloody hand on my hoodie. I stood there awkwardly since the little girl was staring at me. She ran forward stuck out her hand and introduced herself as Sally. "Oh Um hi" I said my voice coming out very scratchy and unpleasant.

Sally didn't seem to mind though. "What's your name?" she asked. I would have answered but I didn't know. The more I thought about it the more confused I got my name seems like a pretty important thing to know. Sally started talking "you don't know do you?" I nodded.

well can you take me home it's not to far from here. "O-ok". We started walking but after a minute Sally's legs got tired and she asked me to pick her up. I agreed since I wasn't tired and she was light.

She kept making conversation and while I was quiet and didn't talk a lot she didn't mind and talked enough for the both of us. She would tell me when to turn when needed and eventually we got to this old abandoned looking mansion.

It was the right place though since Sally jumped out of my arms and started walking towards it. I shrugged and walked off.
