Chapter 16

Ishan's Pov :

After the dinner was over everyone starts to head back to there room... The hall was almost empty and now only me and Arshita were left "I'll meet you in morning" Arshita said while giving a smile and she turned to leave when I stopped her

"Arshu.... Wait " I said as she stopped and turned towards me "I've got a thing for you " I said while I took out a necklace from my pocket

"I think soo this belongs to you" I said whereas she looked towards the necklace

"Where did you find this " Arshita asked while taking it from my hand "When you threw this away .... I picked it up .... I know how much this means to you " I said while the next moment Arshita engulfed me in a hug

"I love you Ishan " Arshita said while I smiled as I hugged her back ... We stayed like this for a minute and after that we broke the hug

"I love you for this Ishan.... This actually means alot to me" Arshita said while she looked towards the necklace smilingly "Shubman has my name initial and I had his " Arshita said closing the necklace in her palm

"I don't want you to give up on Shubman..... I will do anything to bring him back to you" I said whereas she gave me a smile "I believe in you" Arshita said while we both looked at each other smilingly.

We went back to our rooms and as I entered inside the room I saw the lights closed ..... I raised my eyes with a question look while I switched on the light only to find Rishabh fast asleep on the bed

He woke up due to the me as I closed the door and he looked towards me angrily "Can't you see someone is sleeping" He groaned angrily while I threw my jacket on the nearby chair

"You asleep soo early.... How " I asked as I jumped on the bed beside him "I couldn't sleep last night ..... Plus everybody kept on disturbing me in afternoon also " Rishabh murmured while he rubbed his eyes

I nodded while I was going to talk further when my phone started ringing "Must be chia " I murmured while looking towards my phone as I picked it up only to find it was shriya's call only

"Hey Baby" I said as I picked up the call while I lie down on the pillow with my head on it "Heyy.... You sound quite chirpy... What's it" she asked whereas I chuckled as I roll down to the other side of the bed

"The dinner was quite good ... And my mood is nice when the dinner is nice" I said whereas she chuckled lightly "What were you doing " I asked as I slowly murmured on phone because I saw Rishabh was again asleep

"Getting my clothes ready for tomorrow's function" Shriya said whereas I furrowed my eyebrows "Function" I whispered slowly whereas Shriya sighed on the other end

"The Mehendi function.... Tomorrow afternoon.... Did you forgot " Shriya said whereas I all of a sudden remembered that the wedding festivities are kick starting from tomorrow
