Chapter 12 : new times

I felt the bright sun gleamed through my shut eyes I stretched and got out of bed today I was going a concert with Sophia i went into the kitchen and started to pour cereal my phone started to shake on the table I went to go grab it and it was Danielle what does she want ?

I clicked the answer button and her sobs echoed through the phone

"Liam's dating Sophia" she cried out

"Oh it's not such a big deal" I replied

"What are you talking about I hire her and now I find out she's dating my ex how is that not such a big deal" she screamed making my ears ring

"Why should I be interesting in hearing you cry and sob when you couldn't even listen to me when I was going through abuse" I questioned putting my hands on my hip

"I...don't...know" she said stuttering in between her words

I hung up the phone and I went into the back into the kitchen to eat my cereal after I was done I got into the shower and finished my normal morning routine I went to check my phone and saw that I had received a text from Sophia

"Hey we should go shopping before we leave if that's fine xx"

"Sure that seems cool :)"

"I'll pick you up then see you later xx"

I pick out something to wear and put on a pair of nude colored heels i walked downstairs to my kitchen and another surprise awaited it was my lovely sister and the great styles

"What do you two want now I'm about to go" I walked more closer to the both of them

"I just want to apologize about my behavior at the store a few days ago" she looked at me with fake teary eyes

"And why is Harry here to apologize too I don't know why you two even bother"I went to grab my jacket

"I just want you to know I'm sorry" she got up and Harry did too

"Bye don't come back either" I waved at the both of them as they walked out

I went to grab my keys I locked the door and Sophia's car was parked right in front of my apartment I walked to her car and got in

"Hey Sophia" I greeted as I sat down

"Hey, I don't think I even told you who were going to see" she giggled and looked at me

"No I think I already know" I smiled back

My eyes were glued at the window the whole ride to the mall I just felt distracted by something maybe it was someone Sophia parked and walked to the entrance of the mall

We went to a few stores and then we headed to the car to go to the concert I see Danielle walking close to us Sophia kept a smile on her face while mines just fell I didn't want this to turn into a big argument I knew Danielle had something up her sleeve

"Hey Kat" she smiled and turned to me

"Hello Danielle" I felt really awkward especially being next to Sophia

"Sophia" Danielle glared her way

"Are you really that bitter Danielle?" I questioned Danielle was definitely pushing my buttons

"I'm pretty sure she knows Liam was my boyfriend" she looked at Sophia with a really nasty look

I grabbed Sophia and pulled her away from Danielle we continue walking until we get to the car Sophia gets her Keys out and unlocks the door
