At 3am, I heard a soft knocking on the door. I got up silently, got my bag, and opened the door. Tommy's silhouette appeared in front of me. "Ready to go?" He whispered.

"Yup," I whispered back, silently stepping out of my cabin and gently shutting the door. We were soon joined by Tubbo and silently crept to the forest. Ranboo was already waiting for us, holding his spear in one hand and torch in the other, bag slung over his shoulder. Tommy nodded at him and he took off running. We ran after him and soon reached the barrier. Ranboo stopped and looked back, waiting for us. Tommy, with long legs, reached him first. Tubbo and I reached soon after, panting. We looked at each other, our gazes all saying one thing: 'Let's go, then.' We stepped out of the land of camp. We were out. Tommy pulled out his map that Wilbur gave to him.

[Right. Before I continue, readers, I need you to know I'm not good with the map. I'm just going to give random places that DSMP members live or something. Let's continue.]

"First, we have to go to Brighton, in the UK, because from here to the dragon is far. We will need to break the trip into different sections," Tommy read out loud, "I know the way because I used to live there with Wilbur. Tubbo lives near there too. Queenie... Any idea where you used to live?" I had been sitting near a stump of trees quietly, thinking about the quest, whether it was a bad idea or not. Upon hearing Tommy call me, I perked up, and said, "I live in London." Tubbo nodded. "Okay..."

"If we want to reach Brighton in the minimum amount of days, we have to start now," Ranboo said.Tommy nodded, looking at his Apple Watch. Even though demigods are not supposed to bring tech devices along with them as monsters are able to track them, Tommy still brought along his watch. He had some tiny robot inside that makes sure that monsters are unable to track them. "The bus station's 11km away. Are you guys ready for a long walk?"

[Time skip to bus ride] (Tommy POV)

I stared out of the bus window. I was worried for Wilbur. "You alright?" Tubbo asked, nudging me. I nodded slowly, not looking at him. It was about 4am now. "Worried about Will?" Tubbo asked again, turning my head using his hands gently to face him. I sighed and nodded again. "It'll be f-"He was saying until a loud bang stopped him. A flash of lighting landed in front of the bus. The driver yelped loudly and swerved, terrified. Then, lightning flashed down on the bus, cutting it into half. I heard Queenie scream nearby. The bus or at least what remained of it, was smoldering and smoking, making it hard to see. "Ranboo?! Queenie?! Tubbo?! Are you guys alright?" I called.

"I'm here," Tubbo called, next to me.

"I'm good, not injured," Ranboo called too. I heard a whimper from Queenie. "Queenie? Are you there? Are you good?" I called again.

"Queenie?" I raised my voice, repeating it another time. After hearing no reply, I made my way towards her, stumbling. I heard Tubbo get up. "Where's my goddamn flashlight?" I mumbled, searching through my bag. Finally, I found it. I flashed it around and the strong beam caught sight of Queenie. Her right hand was smoking, and half her face was covered in soot. I was about to make my way towards her when lightning struck in between us. She yelped again. Finally, the smoke cleared and I was able to get to Queenie. "He's after me," she whimpered, "he found out." I was struck dumb. "Who is he- oh! For god's sake oh no oh no oh no," Ranboo said worriedly, shaking his head.

"You're injured," Tubbo pointed out, grabbing his nectar and ambrosia. Queenie shook her head. "I'm fine, I'm good, it's just a burn."

(Third Person POV)

(Mount Olympus)

Zeus aimed his lightning bolt, fuming. His daughter had had a child? That reflected so badly on him! How dare she! He was determined to get Queenie and finish her off. Once and for all. "Father!" A female voice called suddenly, "What are you doing?" Zeus turned. Artemis stood behind him, her face fierce and strict. "I asked, what are you doing?" Zeus sighed and pointed his bolt towards the mortal. "Your daughter needs to go," he said firmly.

"Father, you haven't heard my explanation yet! Don't jump to conclusions! I didn't have sex or anything with men! I would never, ever do that!" Artermis shouted.

"What?" Zues turned, staring at his daughter, "Then how could you have had a child?"

(7yrs earlier)

(Amazon Land)

Artemis heard wailing behind her. She turned, curious, bow in hand. She crept through the bushes, coming across a wailing child. The child was bound to a rock. Artemis immediately understood. The Amazons must have thought that this young girl had no potential. Artemis gently unbound her and picked her up. The girl immediately calmed down and nestled her head on Artermis' chest. Artemis smiled softly and waved one hand. A golden shimmer descended on the young child, encasing her. Her symbols flashed on top of her. Artemis had adopted the young girl, claiming her as her own.

(Mount Olympus)

(Present)

Zeus pulled out of his daughter's memories. He realised his mistake. He gasped and looked down at his bolt. He had almost killed an innocent mortal girl. Artemis folded her arms across her chest.

(Back to the quest)

(Ranboo POV)

"We need to get going," I said hurriedly. I glanced at the bus driver, who was stunned, sitting on the ground, not moving. I pulled Queenie by her good hand and ran out of the broken, along with Tubbo and Tommy following close behind. Thunder boomed and occasionally, lightning would strike down. I had never ever seen such a storm before.

[Time skip to an hour later]

We had been walking for an hour, and we were tired. "We've got to keep moving," Queenie encouraged, leaning against a tree. How the hell was she so energetic? You're just weak, little one...

I shook my head and stood up. "Let's go." We hadn't gone for long before there was a sudden flash and the smell of wine invaded the air. I coughed. I didn't like the smell of wine. What was  happening? I suddenly felt grapevines twirling around me, not allowing me to move. I heard shrieks, which meant it was happening to the others too. I glanced over at the others. Queenie was pinned to a tree, Tubbo was somehow dangling from a tree and I had absolutely no idea how he got there, Tommy was not able to move because of the grapevines. "You really thought you could escape camp to go on a random quest?" A familiar voice rang out. I peered through the mist. I heard Tommy swear under his breath. Who was that? Dionysus suddenly appeared in front of us. I gasped. "You really thought that you could escape?" He repeated. "Let us go!" Queenie shouted, straining and pulling at the restraints. Who knew grape vines were so strong? Dionysus snapped his fingers and Queenie froze, not able to move. "Your mission will be a failure. I don't know what is the point of this mission, but I'm not going to wriggle it out of you pesty children. I hope you guys die, that would be less of a burden for me," he said cooly, disappearing off into the winds, the vines following him.

"That...was...terrifying..." I whispered, walking towards the rest to make sure they were not injured.

"L-let's just go on, my brother's life is on the line," Tommy said, gathering up his items, which he had dropped. We nodded and continued to trek through the forest.
