8. AGREEMENTS

Every being right from birth entered the World with total freewill and personal liberty to live life and experience the World. It is this unfettered access to both personal liberty and freewill that gives vent to FREEDOM, which on its own is the most valuable item in the life of every creature, even though it is  one commodity that cannot be completely owned by individuals, communities, or nations all to themselves due to overlapping and overreaching interests.

There would always be interferences to freedom consciously or unconsciously, with beings overstepping each other’s bounds, and encroaching other people's spheres of freedom at will. That is, both the liberty and freewill could be infringed upon by means of either force or mutual conviction as creatures interact with each other in the pursuit of living life. At such instances and in most cases, the offenders never retreat peacefully unless compelled or repelled, which often times, results in physical clashes. It takes dedicated cautions for beings to recognize where their rights ended and where the next man's rights started in a given situation.

Actually, real freedom occurs only with measures of AGREEMENT between creatures, entities, nations, and vice versa. Of all the means of achieving freedom, (whether forcefully or otherwise), none is more potent, rich, comforting, and enduring than the one acquired without the exclusion of agreement. It is the inestimable attributes of Agreement that promote and ensure peace, balance, growth, expansion, good health, vibrancy, innovation, and all the things that foster the attainment of beauty, creativity, and joy. All the factors so enumerated support extensively the existence of good life and living, and they are also perfect binders of humanity as they retain the sweet features of Heavens in them.

A four legged table with contents atop and well balanced on the floor has its four legs agreeing with the floor but once a leg is removed, the agreement is tempered with and the table tips for imbalance. Also, a man with a troubled foot hardly stands up balanced without maintaining agreement between his crutches and the floor. Consequently, whenever two or more entities operate activities, it's only a well fashioned agreement that can ensure the peaceful and endured coexistence of the diverse interests. After all, birds of different feathers hardly flock together except they agreed usually on symbiotic arrangements, and such is the case with the love existing between the cattle and its best friend, the cattle egrets. Marriages are also well consummated mostly on well founded agreements. Nature will throw up horrible challenges if Man continues to mismanage his environment and offsetting natural ecological balances like sand filling lagoons, deep waters, ill-advised dredging of waters, blocking, and building on water ways, forest burning, and so on. It is agreement or in other words, balance that allows complete bonding amongst all Creations in all endeavours and existences including marriages, different associations, edible foods and the stomachs, and in transactions of any sort.

However, very closely related and inseparable from a workable agreement is acceptability. There has to be a form of ACCEPTANCE in every form of agreement between the agreeing entities, without which the agreement may not endure and would be a subject of collapse. Since acceptance is not usually a one-sided affair, but an all-inclusive one, an approving or arbitration body would always be required to forestall avoidable disputes.
It is a no-brainer that the processes of perfecting and accepting agreements brought about administrative AUTHORITIES, thereby setting the stage for leaders, the led, and all the enablers and enforcers of stability in all fields of endeavours to interact peacefully. Understandably, both local and World awareness levels had advanced remarkably from primordial times with more orderly societies emerging on their real values even if for expediency.

The birth of administrative authorities no matter the form helped immensely in shaping the environments and the World in general, leading to the evolution of organised World order and admirable reforms today. It is therefore, so apparent that a good agreement precedes and cushions HARMONY, and that the Heavens would be elusive on account of heavy short falls in harmony amongst Creations of the World.

Agreement as it implies, becomes the pivotal and most intrinsic prerequisite for the gateway to the Heavens. Authorities without these vital viewpoints will always operate incomplete to their own peril and will be likened to pushing a four tyre  vehicle with one of the four tyres removed. Agreement here implies acceptance; meaning JUSTICE, which connotes peace, love, and harmony, and all that is implicitly housed in the Heavens (see chapters 16). Agreement is therefore, the most vital integral part of peaceful existence and peaceful coexistence.

In the face of increasing diversity in communities due to rise in migrations from rural settlements to metropolises and cities, shifting demographics, quests for independence and self determination due to the excesses and pronounced presence of dominations and other fault lines like acquisitions, imbalance transactions, increasing tastes for betterment, and religious intolerance are abound. There is serious need more than anything else, for the strong applications of agreements in all ramifications of living for the smooth running of affairs among Creations.

It is usually the quality of the binding agreements in communities that shape the growth levels, civilisation and development of the communities and also reflects on the level of awareness, harmony and civilisation in the communities. A very sound and friendly agreement liberates societies and open up potentials for the greater elevations of the peoples of nations, creating flourishing economies and extraordinary civilisations. The heightened satisfactory state of comfort will always certainly come in the presence of the Heavens and the sweet feelings of the Creator's ambience. It takes great AUTHORITIES to legislate on great ideas, making great Agreements, and creating commensurate Heavens!
