The World's awareness and development levels would not have advanced beyond that of the animals but for political leadership. Political leadership, aside from protecting life and properties of the masses, enacts laws that enhance the peaceful and free movement of the masses as well as offering platforms to analyse, estimate, and execute both gigantic and small capital projects that transform societies. In this vein, we owe all politicians of the World great deals of honour just as we also hold them to highest esteems for their faithfulness, thoughtfulness and foresights in introducing land mark developments that give meaning and hopes to the masses.

Most times, it would not really matter the type of leadership on the throne- Dictatorship or Democracy, but a lot more credit than usual should always be accorded to politicians because politics and politicians chart the course for the world's developments more than other institutions. The nature and type of political leaderships experienced the World over notwithstanding; be it genocidal, tyrannical, communist, capitalist or socialist; the World's developmental levels without the leading roles of politicians and politicking, would have still remained below the pre-Stone age times.

Even with the much touted Man's close proximity to the Creator and the much celebrated advancement in education, the World has continued to witness steady down turns, slow strides, and disproportionate spread of progress in development, justice, equity and civilisation amongst communities nonetheless. This is due to the show of apathy and lack of will by nation states to partake in shared consensus on international problems as well as the lack of commitments to supporting common humanity for all.

This show of apathy and lack of will by nation states is because a lot more ignorant and uniformed nations perceive collective efforts for even developments across board as capable designs to undermine their superiority and snatching away from them their already achieved monopolies, rather than being mere sacrifices necessary for the advancement of the generality of nations.

A lot of nations are obsessed with certain perceived advantages and endowments that they feel so sublimed, contented and supreme over others and as such, they feel less attracted to discussing pertinent issues of the collective liberation of humanity. These nations will bluff and ignore clarion calls and pretend to be observing non-interference stance while labelling pertinent issues as being internal affairs of sovereign nations. This is evidently responsible for the lopsided spread of good governance, lack of egalitarianism and entrenched tyranny in nations and communities.

Tyrants and buffoons takeover mantle of leaderships in many nations because, under the cover of non-interference policies of the World, nations deliberately look the other way while evils are being perpetrated freely against helpless masses of neighbouring nations . It is still politics that drives the changes that shape the World eventually, making sure no government lasts forever no matter how strong it may appear to be! Regimes everywhere irrespective of how badly the administration on the throne may be, would never last forever but with time gives way to regime transitions via elections, or coup d'états, or natural factors, and this way, the wheels of development rotates for the better in most cases.

Notwithstanding however, it is for severe cases of perpetuity and other excesses of power that the Devine laws tied longevity and life span of generations to the level of civilisation of the generations (see chapter 17). It is always in the exercise of peaceful Agreements that all the laudable developments and projects creditable to politicians were hatched around the World. As a result, the authorities shall most dutifully provide the necessary legal frameworks, the impetus, and the enabling security guides to foster agreements in communities and nations thereby shaping the World order for good.

Authorities almost everywhere in the world, are grossly underperforming in the match towards the Heavens, even in the exceptionally advanced countries like United Kingdom, Japan, France and the United States of America who have always been exemplary in the rightful order of selflessness and human liberation, are still held down by the syndrome of the misuse of Authority.
