Dear Diary,
I've been Head Girl for three days now. Actually, Malfoy isn't such a bad roommate. True, the bathroom schedule is slightly irritating considering I like to be clean for breakfast, but I have a free period straight after it every day, so I agreed to take my shower then. Malfoy got the morning shower.
I left my diary on one of the armchairs last night. I think he read it, but I can't be sure. After all, why would he have any interest in my thoughts, of all people? I mean, I'm surely not his most favorite person. I confessed these fears to Harry and Ron, but all I got was "You have a diary?". Sometimes I worry for their relationships if they don't know such simple knowledge. Boys can be so dim! I asked Ginny about it, and she told me to leave my diary unattended for a bit while Malfoy is in the dormitory and to spy on him. I think I might follow through on this idea and see how it goes.
I have to go now. The first years have a free period and I need to supervise.
