Considering their parents/grandparents were alive during the Great Serpentine War (40+ years ago) and it's safe to assume they were adults during the Tournament of Elements, I think now they would be in their 30s-40s, or somewhere in that range. Griffin Turner looked pretty young when we last saw him, but Neuro had age lines already. Though that might have been side effects of their elemental powers.
