Aragorn paces quietly outside the healing house. It had been nearly a month since Aragorn sent Frodo to Elrond but in all that time the hobbit had shown no signs of waking.

"Maybe you should get out of here for a while" Legolas says after a while of watching the man
"Can't..." Aragorn says
"He'll be fine. Frodo is well looked after here. Gandalf and Elrond both sit with him"
"I know" Aragorn sighs "I know. Maybe you're right. I should get out of here"
"Yeah. Just a walk or a short ride in the valley" Legolas suggests "I'll come with you if you'd like"
"Yeah I'd like that" Aragorn says

Legolas nods going down to the stables with him.

"Thanks for this" Aragorn says
"It's fine. I'm glad I can help" Legolas says quietly as he mounts
"Are you alright?" Aragorn asks
"Yes" Legolas murmurs

Legolas rides out of the stables quietly and Aragorn follows him out.

"So anywhere you want to go?" Aragorn says
"I thought you might know. I haven't been here before" Legolas admits
"Yeah. I'll show you around the valley" Aragorn says

Legolas nods as the pair begins to ride around in the safety of the valleys borders. Aragorn occasionally pointed out something but let the valley speak for itself. Legolas found himself in awe of the valley as it was very beautiful.

"So what do you think?" Aragorn asks
"It's very beautiful" Legolas responds
"But..." Aragorn says
"But nothing it is beautiful here" Legolas says
"Something is missing for you at the very least" Aragorn says softly
"It's nothing really" Legolas murmurs

Legolas looks at Aragorn, who's eyes were gentle enough to drown in.

"It's just the lack of trees. Honestly it's nothing major" Legolas admits quietly "But it's why here doesn't feel like home"
"Because you're a wood elf?" Aragorn asks
"Yeah. That's the base of it"

Aragorn pauses to look up, not sure what to say to Legolas.

"It's getting late we should head back" Aragorn says
"Yeah" Legolas says
