"get his ass!" Mitsuri cheered, shooting her arms up as she did so. Even Hashira deserves to have some peace and fun once in awhile right? this was your way of doing it.
"Are you idiots doing?" Sanemi barged into the room like he owned the bitch or something.
"You know, knocking is a thing dickhead." You spat at him and he rolled his eyes
"Well, I didn't" He shrugged and he Gripped the Tsuka of his sword. "I really came here to tell you guys that Master is hosting a meeting soon. Be ready in like five minutes or sum." He then walked out and you turn off your Nintendo switch.
"He can be very rude..." Mitsuri gestured, getting up and walking out with you.
"Yeah he can" You two had a good laugh and met with the rest of the Hashira outside. You all talked together, except Iguro and Sanemi. This was normal for them so nobody minded.
"The master has arrived. The master has arrived." The small daughters of kagaya called out. Everyone then turned, facing the front of the entrance. By the next second, everyone was kneeling down.
The Master soon was out, He stood and looked at everyone.
"Hello children" He softly spoke, "I've called a meeting to introduce you guys to someone" "This is new," You thought as you stared down at the ground.
It was quiet for a while until you sensed another presence.
"Hello Everyone. And...You"
You looked up, surprised to see Yoriichi standing directly next to Kagaya, and he was clearly surprised to see you again, apart from his comment
"Yoriichi, do you know her?" As he gazed upon you, Kagaya enquired.
"I met her last night. She was getting attacked by a demon but I finished him." He Spoke so calmly yet so cold. He had no emotion on his face as he spoke either.
"I didn't think she would be a Hashira..but it made sense from the sudden move she made."
"Interesting." Kagaya examined everyone else then he puts his hand on Yoriichi's shoulder.
"The strongest slayer..This is him upon your eyes."
Everyone appeared to be astonished in their own way. However, towards the end of the day, they all seemed ecstatic.
"The real reason I brought him was to announce something tho." Kagaya then moves his hand from the male's shoulder
"Knowing my condition, standing up is very much energy-draining..I feel like Yoriichi taking over or at least on my weekdays would be amazing for you guys..since every one of you guys breathing styles is based on his." Kagaya wasn't very light-hearted about this but he knew it was for the better.
You raised your eyes to Mitsuri, who returned your gaze. You guys had nothing to say, this news wasn't the best but it was also thrilling, Yoriichi taking over even for a few days a week would be fantastic, but having Kagaya become weaker isn't ideal but it's to be anticipated.
All the other Hashira were lost for words too. Gyomei slowly places his hands together as tears started to flow through his eyes.
"Omo was Watashi Tachi zen'in otasuketekudasai" Gyomei coo's
"Please, Lord, assist us," I begged. You considered it. You couldn't handle it any longer and stood up after five minutes of unpleasant tension. "Master Yoriichi," you yelled out, bringing your hands together and feeling somewhat extremely anxious.
"How did you learn sun breathing..?" You asked and he seemed quite interested in speaking to you.
"Ah..well I learned one thing and one thing just learned into another, it's not easy to explain." He calmly spoke and you tilted your head
"We should be asking you that question. Your breathing style was created by you" Kagaya spoke, seeming quite impressed.
As the Hashira members began to listen more, you became nervous from all the attention, without intending it.
Well, I combined techniques from flame breathing, water breathing, and sun breathing and came up with this. Nobody could use my breathing except me."
You spoke boldly, and Mitsuri and Shinbou expressed their admiration; others didn't, but they were secretly
"impressive.." Yoruichi thinks to himself. You stood so tall but so shy. He didn't get to know you but somehow..he wanted to.
Everyone was remained outside after a while, doing their own business and conversing with one another. You stayed on the veranda with your Kasugai Crows and played with him. Your crow wore a little black coat and appeared to be stand-offish like you, which helped you bond quickly.
"Please pardon me," says the man. You heard a voice and turned around to see Yoriichi standing behind you near the building's main entrance.
"Oh, yes?" You questioned the taller male and he invited himself closer to you and he looked down at you.
"Acid breathing huh? I would like to know more about it if you don't mind." Yoriichi finally said you were surprised seeing that the male was interested in your skill but besides your overthinking, you gave him a warm smile and you gently pat the spot next to you.
