Armin was crying and saying they wouldn't be able to beat the titans, so Mikasa went up to them and told them that now isn't the time to be sad, and then she told all the other cadets that she was stronger than them all and that she would go to headquarters and get gas to go up the wall with or without their help, and so she did.
"When did we get taught to leave each other behind," a cadet asks, and everyone rushes to aid Mikasa, despite their terror of the titans.
Some of the cadets are perplexed as to how mikasa is moving so quickly, until armin notices she's wasting a lot of gas and realises she's mentally unstable, knowing that eren has been eaten. When mikasa's gas runs out, she falls and hits a building's roof, then falls into an alleyway, where she gives up on life because her entire family has been eaten.
As she continues to have flashbacks of her and Eren, she decides that if she's going to die, she'll forget everything Eren has done for her, so she'll kill the titans and make it out alive, and that's when it happened: a 15m muscular titan appeared killing the other titan and showing no interests in humans .
Aki notices this titan killing other titans and is perplexed as to why it is killing its own relatives and that it is aware of the titans' weak place.
"It's killing them as if it's enraged," Connie Springer said.
Yes, you are correct, but I believe there will be something more interesting about this titan, such as anything done to it by its own species as a result of this animosity.
