Love beach

You woke up early just to plan where to go. Since you and Lee were a thing now, you had to think of a good place. There was a pamphlet on the table and you would usually never look through them, but you had to make today special.

The pamphlet had many amazing places to visit and there was just a perfect place that you and Lee could go to as a couple.

The beach wasn't called that, but there was this part of the beach that is famous for couples to go to. The reason couples go there is that, according to the pamphlet, "Couples go there because it's said that spending time with your significant other on love beach will deepen your bond and the atmosphere at night helps couples to initiate in romantic activities."

You imagined the romantic activities being hand-holding, kissing, eating ice cream, eating together, and cuddling.

This is the perfect spot and we need to go there. Oh, but we don't have any wear to get wet at the beach and go swimming. Other things like sunscreen, towels and an umbrella are needed too. Darn, I should've planned this earlier and now I need to run to the store.

You and Lee needed beachwear, so you woke him up.

"Lee, we are going to the beach, come with me, we need to get beachwear and other beach stuff."

Lee, still half asleep, got up and got ready to leave for the store.

At the store, you and Lee first searched for swimsuits together. You picked a black one-piece and Lee picked some green swim trunks. You and Lee had a small dispute if the sunscreen should be 100 SPF or 150 SPF. You wanted 150 SPF and Lee said that 150 SPF wasn't needed and 100 SPF would be enough. You said it was better safe than sorry and Lee still insisted that 100 SPF was good enough.

He finally succumbed to you and both of you went and paid for the stuff.

It was 2:00 now, Lee and you were setting up a spot on the beach. You told him about how the beach could make a couple's bond stronger.

"Hmmm, us making our bond stronger would only work if we are the water," Lee smirked.

"Maybe, but I don't want to get on the water right now and you shouldn't either, we just put on our sunscreen and we need to wait for it to take effect." You told him lecturing.

Lee stood up and looked down on you.

"What are you doing?"

Lee stood there for a while just staring down at you and then proceeded to pick you up, he put you over his shoulder, like a sack of potatoes.

"Lee you better not be doing what I think you're doing!" You wriggled trying to break free from his firm grasp on you.

He started running toward the ocean water and you started kicking him.

"Lee!" You screamed as he threw you in the water and he got in himself too.

"Lee, you could've just waited a few minutes until the sunscreen set in, the ocean isn't going anywhere, you know!" You glared at him, but you kinda liked it, this was a little fun.

Lee went underwater and disappeared. You looked around, but you didn't see him.

"Lee come out!"

He did as you said and came out from under you, he had you on his shoulders now. He grabbed onto your legs and started running around in the water.

You wriggled around and made the both of you fall with a big splash into the ocean.

You and Lee hugged laughing as the small was slowly swept the both of you away, more into the ocean. As the both of you got deeper into the dark blue ocean, Lee broke apart from your grasp.

You thought nothing of it at first, you could always just swim back, you weren't that far.

You saw a school of fish deeper into the ocean.

If I catch one then maybe Lee and I could have a pet

You smiled at the thought of having something like a pet fish that could resemble a child for the both of you to take care of.

You swam toward the school of fish, but a huge wave came and washed them away. The waves moved you too.

Aww, I really wanted to get a fish pet.

Another wave came pushing you deeper into the vast ocean. You sighed, you really wanted that pet fish.

Disappointed, you turned to head back to shore. You looked around and you were quite far from where you used to be. Lee was waving at you on the sand, he was making a giant sandcastle.

Just as you were about to wave back a huge wave sent you further into the ocean. You didn't like this, the further you were from shore the bigger the waves, the bigger the wave the more force it would have to push you more into the ocean.

You started swimming with all you might, but the waves kept pushing you back, deeper into the ocean.

You were starting to get scared, you had dreams where you would be in the middle of the ocean, nothing, but the water. You looked down, but all you saw was the dark depths waiting to swallow you. Then a giant creature would appear, watching as you tried to stay afloat. You would try to swim away, only for the fish to swallow you. Those nightmares made you afraid of the ocean a bit, but you weren't that scared.

The giant wave swallowed you and dragged you under. You swam up just to have another wave hit you, making it hard to get a breath of air, before being dragged underwater again.

Desperately you kept trying to swim, but you were no match for the waves. You felt like you were running out of breath and that you would pass out.

Lee noticed that you would only pop up for a second until another wave swallowed you, he could tell how distressed you were.

He grabbed a pool noodle and jumped in the water.

You could see someone was coming towards you, but you weren't sure if you were seeing things. Legs sore and arms tired, you stopped trying to resist the waves. You were now just floating allowing the waves to drag you under and push you deeper into the ocean.

You were about to pass out when you felt a hand drag you out of the water.

"Hold onto this," you felt a hand give you something. "Don't let go." The voice said.

You listened to the voice and held on as you were quickly being pulled away from the big waves. The waves soon got smoother and smaller.

You were no longer on the ocean but on the sand. Your chest was being pumped and you coughed out the water you swallowed.

You looked up to see a familiar bowl cut.

"Oh Lee, I'm sorry, I was trying to get a fish and before I knew it, I was too deep into the ocean." You hugged Lee tightly.

"No y/n, I'm sorry, I should've come more sooner, I thought you were just swimming out there and having no problems, I shouldn't have left you to swallow waves and almost drown." Lee hugged you back tighter.

You and Lee spent the time chatting while making sandcastles, away from the ocean.
