Jin POV
I was currently seated on the couch in the living room as all of them were also seated on the other sides. Yoongi and Jungkook were beside me leaning for comfort.
The bell rang as I along with the others ran to the door.
I opened the door revealing Mark and Alex and a small girl in his arms. I looked at her features and immediately recognized her.
He let her down as she laid her eyes on me.
"Appaa!" She loudly exclaimed and ran to hug me. I kneeled down and immediately embraced her. The happiness I felt was undescribable.
Everyone cooed at the reunion of a father and daughter. Suddenly a light flashes along with a shutter as Alex just took a picture. Everyone looked at him annoyed for ruining the moment as he just shrugged.
"Sorry. Ann told me to take a picture of the reunion." He said and kept the phone back inside.
"Appa, Eomma told Areum that she will bring my aunt's here but told you all to go to He... He.. ahh someone's hospital." She informs as I looked at Helen in shock.
"Areum-ah. Is Eomma injured?" Helen asked her as she nodded.
"Ma'am got a pretty bad hit on her head." Alex answered as we all shared a glance and immediately set off for the hospital.
Once we entered the building Helen immediately went to arrange things as I sat with Areum in a separate waiting room. We all were seated there. I didn't ask Areum anything about her past. I will ask her together along with Ann. Areum was hugging me but suddenly she started to sniff and silently sobbed. Almost everyone was in a melancholy.
"What happened Areum-ah? Why are you crying?" I asked her in a low tone.
"Appa, Areum missed Appa and Eomma a lot. Halmoni had shown me only your pictures." Areum silently sobbed onto my white shirt while hugging me.
"Don't worry. Appa and Eomma are here now. Now wipe your tears." I said and she lifted her hands to wipe her eyes. But her hands were filled with blood. My eyes widened in horror as I quickly checked my back and saw blood coating my shirt.
"Areum-ah, Appa will be back okay?" She nodded.
"Eunjoo. Take care of Areum." I said and gave Areum to Eunjoo. I stood up and Jungkook saw the wound.
"Ann Noona is seriously injured." He said as I nodded and went to find Theo and Helen.
