Queens New York 2011

"Y/n honey come here please" Felicia Hardy called up to her daughter Y/n Hardy.

"Yes mom you called?" She said as she walked over to the kitchen table and sat down in one of the chairs

"I'm gonna go out tonight I expect you to be on your best behavior being here alone I'll leave $20 bucks for pizza or whatever and my number is on the fridge but do not call unless it's for an emergency like your dying emergency got it?" She look over to her daughter for a second before going back to applying bright red lipstick to her lips.

"Do you have to go I always stay by myself here" y/n said while picking the fuzz off her socks

" yes I do cause if I'm lucky tonight I can find me a new man while you get a new daddy who will buy you whatever you want since your dead beat of a dad didn't want anything to do with you also I'll be out Later then usual gotta go get new accessories " she says as she fluffs up her golden locks y/n looked over at her mom wishing her mom would spend time with her knowing the little time they have left

Let me give you a little background information Felicia Hardy has been black Cat since 17 years old after her father died she needed to make a living somehow so she started stealing paintings jewelry or anything she could steal since she can remember she's been quite skilled after an encounter with kingpin she's been gifted with bad luck and with more abilities Felicia thought if she stayed away from her daughter and not spend any time with her she would save her daughter from the bad luck but with those powers came a price you see only recently she found out she has cancer by the time she found out it was too late to be treated so Felicia as the party animal she is she planned on living her best life for the rest of this year and get as much money she could to make sure her daughter would have a stable life after she leaves including occasionally showing her daughter some of her moves.

How her daughter came to be born was a different story.....

Malibu, California April 5th 2001

Felicia Hardy took a quick trip to California while walking down Rodeo Drive at 12 at night hoping to break into one of the many stores she notices a tv in one of the windows she walks over and sees the news playing.

" so Linda have you heard the rumors that The Tony Stark has moved here by Malibu apparently he's already bought several yes several cars for the new house according to a close resource"

"Wow To be that man anyways back to Andy with the weather" Felicia smirked to herself having an idea pop up in her head

She found herself on top of a tree looking at the mansion she notices the lights on but sees no one she slowly slid down the tree and carefully made her way over to the back to the balcony she checked to see if there were any cameras after the coast was clear she slowly made her way inside by the opened sliding door she slowly made her way up the stairs she opened the door to her right it was the master bedroom jackpot she thought she made her way over to the closet she turned the light on and if her eyes could show bullseyes they would she saw lots of watches,necklaces,bracelets she grabbed her bag and started to shove everything in while stuffing the bag she didn't notice the figure slowly making their way towards the closet she was currently in.

"You know.." the voice started to say Felicia immediately froze in her place eyes wide " if you were good at your job which I only presume it's stealing you should try to be way more quieter and less obvious" she slowly turned around and was face to face with the famous man himself Tony Stark

"Fine you caught me I'll just find my way out" she started to say slowly making her way around him before he stopped her.

"Or you could stay and join me for a drink I'm lonely and need the company I'm currently on house arrest orders of my new assistant says I need to stop sleeping around and seems to me you need one" he says looking her up and down slowly while smirking she crosses her arms and raises her eyebrow

"Lead the way" she says with a bigger smirk on her face.

Well a couple of drinks later you get the picture that night she left with more then what she came for Tony gifted her one of his many many expensive ring worth 1.1 million his words to her were.

" to remember me by and if you're ever in California again or just need someone I'm here Felicia take my number call me if you need anything and I mean anything " he said as he kissed her cheek goodbye.

8 weeks later

Felicia was hunched over her toilet puking like she has been doing for the past 5 days she notice her period hasn't came for awhile she looks over to the counter and grabs the stick she flips it over and reads.

Pregnant

"Fuck" she says yelling to no one she gets up and start pacing thinking to herself she can't be pregnant she could've sworn they were safe she walks out and grabs her landline and dials the number on the card she taps her fingers on the table waiting for him to answer

Ring ring

"Stark industries Pepper Potts speaking how can I help you?"

"Hi um could I please speak to Tony"

" I'm sorry who's speaking?"

" Felicia"

"I'm sorry Mr Stark isn't in at the moment call back again bye"

End call

"Well so much for that idea"

After calling 5 more times Felicia gave up on that idea so she came up with 3 ideas of what to do

1. Abort baby

2. Keep baby?

3. Adoption

When she heard the babies heart beat she felt tears well up in her eyes she knew that she wanted to protect this baby for as long as she lived so after her doctor visit she pawned in the ring and bought the baby essentials.

Back to present day

"Okay baby moms out of here love you" she said kissing her head " remember call if it's an emergency" they both said at the same time Felicia grabbed her bag and looked back at her daughter and smiled then left.
