The sound of boiling water calmed Davide. That nightmare had him shaken up. He sighed as he added the seasoning and tasted it. The noodles didn't taste that bad. he poured himself a bowl and glanced around. He grabbed a spoon and walked to the table. He sat down and started eating. He nodded as he enjoyed the noodles until something caught his attention out of the corner of his eye. He looked at what appeared to be a little girl standing in the doorway. His eyes got wide as he coughed on the food he was eating. He grabbed an empty candle holder on the table and threw it at the girl. Just like that though, there was no girl there. At this point, Davide was shaking a bit as he pounded the table. "Damn Nightmare" He muttered as he looked at his soup, suddenly too spooked to eat. He got up and walked over to the candle holder. It was undamaged for the most part. He sighed as he set it back on the table. He fixed his Jacket and brushed off his shirt and jeans. Suddenly a crash noise came from the front door. He grabbed a butter knife that was on the table and walked toward the front door. He pointed the knife at the door and was surprised to see a woman laying on the floor, broken glass surrounding her. "What the hell" he muttered
The woman looked at Davide. "I'm so sorry sir, My car crashed and I just followed a path here."
Davide shook his head "Same here" He sighed. She was wearing a jacket over top of a black T-shirt. As she stood up he noticed how torn up her jeans were. "You do that just from breaking through the window."
She shook her head. "Damn brush got me". She looked at Davide. "So you are telling me this is not your house."
Davide nodded. "But looks like we are both stuck here" He shivered as the wind blew snow through the now broken window. He grabbed a towel and hung it over the window, using a nail to keep it from blowing off. "There"
"So...What's your name," She asked Davide.
"Davide, What's yours"
"Ana" She brushed herself off. She sighed. "Is there any food here," she asked
"Just made some noodles" Davide gestured towards the kitchen. They both made their way to the kitchen. As he prepared some noodles he glanced around and noticed more scratch marks on the ceiling. Hopefully, this damn snow melts soon, he thought as he took a bowel to Ana.
"SO you're telling me this is not your house," Ana asked as he approached with a bowl for her.
"yup, my car crashed, so I started walking down a path and found this place with the door unlocked. I locked it after I came in, and good thing because with all the snow we had it would have covered the inside of the building if the doors were open"
"Well if you had left the doors unlocked I wouldn't have had to break the window." she frowned and rubbed her arm.
"In my defense, I didn't know you were coming"
"Hell I didn't even know I was going to have to stop here"
"Same here, same here." Davide sighed as he yawned. "There is another bedroom on the south wing of the house," he said as he walked to his room.
