Lord Charles Andrew Howard III

Lord Charles Andrew Howard III, is the eldest son of Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR and Lady Patricia Eugenie Stuart. He is the eldest child and son of three sons and two daughters of the current Duke of Norfolk Territory on Star Base 12.

Lord Charles Andrew Howard III was born on January 1, 2230, two years after his father married his mother, Lady Patricia Eugenie Stuart, who was the daughter of Lord Matthew Charles Stuart, Duke of Lennox Territory and Lady Antoinette Bourbon.

Lord Charles Andrew Howard III wasn't as handsome as his youngest brother, Lord Andrew Charles Howard and as romantic as his younger brother, Lord Patrick William Howard II.

Lord Charles Andrew Howard III had charisma and charm. He was well educated, excelled in athletics. He was well read, liked music, and his mother taught him how to dance, sing, and carry on a good conversation with the ladies and other gentlemen.

Lord Charles Andrew Howard was tall, good looking, with his own kind of charm. He was expected to succeed his father one day to the Dukedom of Norfolk Territory until his grandfather, Lord Charles Andrew Howard Senior alternated his Last Will and Testament and it stated that that the first one of his grandsons who gave him his first great-grandchild would inherit the title of Duke of Norfolk Territory.

Lord Charles Andrew Howard Senior died in March of 2240, shortly before Lord Charles Andrew III's younger brother, Lord Patrick William Howard II was born.

When Lord Charles Andrew Howard Senior barrister reads Lord Charles Andrew Howard Senior Last Will and Testament it comes to a big surprise to Lord Charles Andrew Howard Junior, Lord Richard Edward Howard and Lord Edwin William Howard and their sister, Lady Sophia Charlotte and his widow, Lady Alexandra Elizabeth.

Lord Dysdale reads the Last Will and Testament and it states " I, Lord Charles Andrew Howard Senior, being of a sound mind and body do state this is my Last Will and Testament any other Last Will and Testaments are revoked by me.

First, my eldest son, Lord Charles Andrew Howard Junior will inherit the title of Duke of Norfolk Territory after my passing away.

Second, I have left a sizable trust fund to be administered to my children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren by my barrister.

3, My dear Duchess, Lady Alexandra Elizabeth will receive the amount of 40,000 credits a year from the Trust fund and retain her title as Dowager Duchess of Norfolk Territory until she dies and I have a vault for us to lie together in the Howard Mausoleum at Norfolk Estate.

4, I regret this action, but my second son, Lord Richard Edward Howard will receive no title or property as he married against my wishes.

5, My third son, Lord Edwin William Howard will receive 20,000 a year out of the Trust fund, his daughter, Lady Eliza Katherine will receive 10,000 credits a year from the Trust Fund and it will pass onto her child upon her death

6. The first of my grandsons that gave me my first great-grandchild will inherit the title of Duke of Norfolk Territory after my son, Lord Charles Andrew Howard Junior. I am not a picky man and I don't care what my first great-grandchild is. This is absolute.

It must come through the patrilineal line of Lord Patrick William Howard but I have also made provisions for my sister's children, Lord George Frederick Carey, and his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren that they will inherit 40,000 credits a year as I acknowledge the matrilineal line of Lord Frederick William Howard as well as my daughter, Lady Sophia Charlotte and my grandchildren and great-children through her as well.

I instruct my son, Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR to take care of his mother and sister, Lady Sophia Charlotte and take care of them.

Finally, don't give me a fancy funeral, and lay me to rest next to my father, mother, and grandfather, grandmother.

Lord Charles Andrew Howard Junior looks at his late father's barrister " My father must have been out of his mind when he wrote his Last Will and Testament." Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR states.

"No, Lord Howard. Your father knew what he was doing." Lord Drysdale tells Lord Charles Andrew JR.

"My father would disinherit his first born grandson from inheriting the Dukedom from me for the sake of his first great-grandchild like he isn't going to have one." Lord Charles Andrew JR states.

Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR looks at his wife, " Why did father ever do this to our eldest son?"

"I don't know Lord Charles Andrew JR." Lady Patricia states, " I went through all that trouble to have our son and you named him after his grandfather."

Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR and Lady Patricia can do nothing about it and they just accept it and Lord Richard Edward Howard, his youngest brother receives nothing, but his younger brother, Lord Edwin William Howard does, but no title or property.

In September of 2240, Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR ascended to the Dukedom of Norfolk Territory as the fourth Duke of Norfolk Territory with Lady Patricia, but she doesn't receive the covenant Howard Tiara as her mother-in-law, Lady Alexandra Elizabeth did.
