When Kazuha had the potion splashed on him that made him be reborn into a different family while still having Kaedehara clan blood flow through him, and when Scaramouche found out what happened to Kazuha, he was determined to find him again so with permission by the Tsaritsa and Ei he set off by himself since out of those who wanted to come along, Scaramouche is already strong since Ei gave him improvement on his strength after he reunited with his family so the Traveler, Beidou, Ningguang, the resistance and everyone else stayed in Teyvat while Scaramouche went off to earth to find his beloved boyfriend, almost husband, and when Scaramouche got a lead of where Kazuha may be. He did everything he can to get himself a worthy title so that Shoto knows who he is and Scaramouche did not expect to be a multi billionaire in Japan and he had a business that was very successful and many people then got news of a new billionaire in Japan that just went from dirt poor to a billionaire in just a few days and so Scaramouche was richer then the Todoroki's which he continued to research about and figured out Kazuha was Shoto. It just then happened so that Scaramouche found himself very obsessed with Kazuha and he watched and read everything about Shoto since he knows that was his lover and Shoto was very hated at U.A because his father was the number two pro hero and they knew he was filthy rich so they assumed he was a rich spoiled kid since in U.A he is the richest student there so they often bully him without knowing his past and reasons why he is so distant from them and barely shows emotions. No one's POV 

Shoto was in his room as always reading a book and he got an unexpected phone call from his father telling him to go home immediately and he got ready to go back home and saw the class smirking and laughing at him as Aizawa was there with a disappointed look. 

"Todoroki, your getting expelled for bullying" Aizawa said handing the form to Shoto who had wide eyes and knew Enji would kill him "I... understand Sensei" Shoto said folding the form to be the size of a sandwich and placed it in his pockets "after you see your father you can pack your things" Aizawa said and Shoto nodded as he left without saying anything and lifted his hood up and walked out of U.A and headed to the Todoroki manor. 

Enji scolded Shoto furiously and punched him in the stomach and face multiple times to get rid of his anger "YOUR GETTING KICKED OUT!" Enji yelled as Shoto looked at him shocked but went into a neutral expression "anywhere is better than here and U.A combined" Shoto said storming off to his room and packed anything he would need like clothes, a few books, his phone and charger, earbuds, a few trinkets, his sketchbook, pencils, markers, coloured pencils, and he went to the kitchen to pack rations and water and when Enji was in his office still furious about Shoto getting expelled Shoto decided to take all the money in the Todoroki family safe and hid the money in his large suitcase and wore some warm clothes and left the house and went back to U.A taking his belongings. 

"Have fun being expelled and homeless" Sero said as Shoto threw an icicle at him nearly stabbing his eye and Shoto placed his hand on the wall and ice completely covered the inside of the dorms "OI! UNFREEZE THE DORMS!" Bakugou yelled as Shoto flat out ignored him and left U.A and wandered around the streets and it started to pour down raining and Shoto completely forgot to pack clothes for the rain so he just lifted his hood and sat down on the sidewalk far from the city and it was very empty on the roads. 

Shoto then started to cry trying to understand what he did to make his classmates frame him for bullying and he realized rain was not hitting his clothes anymore and looked up to see a man wearing a suit and holding an umbrella "excuse me, why are you crying out here in the middle of the sidewalk?" The man asked "I just got expelled from my school from something I did not do and my father kicked me out of the house... I'm trying to understand what I did to make them so angry" Shoto said quietly and the man kneeled down to him and Shoto made eye contact with the man as he pulled his hood down.
