Chapter 2: The Second Floor: Evankells Hell

My golden eyes escape from my eyelids and were met with the sun shining into them.

The fake sky towered above me as I lay in a field of wheat, I felt drowsy probably due to my overuse of shinsu on the test prior.

I pushed myself off the floor and looked around, the area I was in appeared to be empty until I heard a voice.

"HELLO REGULARS!" The voice boomed "MY NAME IS QUANT BLITZ AND I'LL BE LOOKING OVER THIS TEST, BUT I HAVE THINGS TO DO SOOOOOOO, I'LL LEAVE YOU ALL HERE FOR 30 MINUTES BUT DO REMEMBER THERE ARE 400 OF YOU AND I NEED TO IT CUT DOWN TO AT LEAST 200 SO HAVE FUN!" The voice finally stopped.

And I was met with every sense in my body going off at once as I dodged a spear that was aimed at my head.

"Thats some neat trick... that sense of yours." I looked to my right and saw a cyclops looking guy on a rock staring at me with a smile in his face.

I drew the broken blade which he scoffed at.

"You think that useless broken blade can help you?!" He laughed

The blade extended with the golden flares as I charged at the cyclops.

I brought my sword down cutting the spear he tried to guard with in half, he was able to dodge out of the way after his spear broke but I spun around mid-air and kicked him in the jaw sending him stumbling back, I then sent a huge gash from his hip to his shoulder rendering him out of the test.

I went around hunting regulars for a while until I was met with a group of 3 regulars.

All of them were hooded, but one was massive he towered over me and had a menacing aura around him, the other second most powerful one had a feeling similar to Yuri and the last and weakest, there was nothing special, she seemed useless.

Before I could say anything the large figure attacked me, bringing a cleaver down trying to chop me in half, I dodged backwards and to the right avoiding a kick from the other as the useless bitch stayed behind the two.

I charged forward towards the large figure raising my sword above my head as I realised my deduction was correct, he would always open up with a swing downwards, I flipped over and horizontal strike from him and slashed at his chest only to see, no damage! Fuck!

I was then met with a kick from the other hooded figure.

I landed in a rock down the hill I was fighting them on.

"Y'know a 2v1 ain't exactly fair!" I called up wiping blood from my mouth

"Sorry sweetie, but the tower isn't meant to be fair!" The attacking hooded woman replied taking down her hood "So since your cute, I'll give you an offer, join us and we won't pummel you." She said with a sweet smile

"I don't see a reason to refuse." I respond getting up "Also thanks for the compliment, you're not too bad yourself." I said with a smile making her blush slightly.

I took a look at my sword which had its hilt and guard extremely damaged, I merely slid it into my make-shift sheath as I wanted to keep it as a souvenir, my attention then turned to the yellow box orbiting around the area.

"REGULARS IM BACK HOPE YOU SUCCEEDED! SO NOW- wait a minute, theres only four of you??" Quant muttered completely changing his loud tone "Ugh, I'll have to come up with something."
